I found what I wanted, ordered it, and then the emails started. Over 20 emails in 3 days time. Absolutely ridiculous. Item was fine and arrived ontime. They will absolutely bombard you with useless emails afterwards though.
I loved how fast and easy it was to find what I needed. It also was shipped to my house around 2 days earlier than expected and that was with the standard shipping! I will continue to use American Trucks for anything I need in the future
Order step rails for my 2017 ram 2500, everything was included except the rear brackets for installation.
Made Contact with support and being told between 7-10 business days to get the hardware. This could have been prevented if quality controls were put into place.

I've tuned my truck, nice intake, straight piped and this device has only made it better. The difference it makes for 60 bucks is unbelievable.
Haven't open the box yet or tried it out but it did get here on time
Shipping was fine box had damage but contents were well protected. Only issue I had is one of the hidden fasteners on the under side of the board did not tighten. It would spin so basically the manufacturer had a flaw with this particular nut embedded in the board.
Website was easy to navigate and the parts were delivered promptly.
I bought this lift kit because it doesn't alter the OEM ride. It was easy to order
And freight was included. It's only been three days so I have not received the parts yet.
What I don't like is a SPAM level of emails from the vendor. I got 5 today.

I do not think it is worth $150 with the condition of the item sent to me. I do not want to put it on my vehicle and ask American Trucks to send me a new Hood Protector that is in "new" condition... and not used or a display item.

Amazing selection with great prices and super fast shipping.
The fitment guide said all would fit and the shop had my truck 3 days Lug nuts would not fit rims couldn't get a socket on them. I had to order new ones that would work. Then they installed valve stems and couldn't get them to sinc with my truck AT ALL. They had to redo all the wheels with universal ones which cost me to have them redo it. Then they finally got the front end alignment done and the whole ordeal cost me 1600.00, and 1035 of it was labor… Sp this was not good at all..

Bought Rims, Lig nuts & Valve stems and only the rims were right. The lug nuts fit the threads but mechanic couldn't get socket one them so I had to buy new ones. Then they mounted and balanced the wheels and the valve stems would not successfully since to the truck they tried 3 different ways with no luck so they had to put universal valve stems in and use them. They had my truck 3 days and charged me 1600.00 for them having to rework the entire job… So the experience was terrible
Order placed for 2 items paid for 2 day shipping, 1 item came on time other item didn't arrive until 5th day and then was the incorrect part. Costumer service nothing but excuses, explained I was in time crunch for part, no help from AT, will not be ordering from here again.

They setup your replacement and we provided you with 1 day shipping on the replacement and advance shipping meaning the item will ship prior to you returning the incorrect one. Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.
