Hello l just received my cover yesterday,day before Thanksgiving,wow turnaround time was fast, it arrived from FedEx and the packaging was on point, no dents,the box was fully intact, could of made it overseas easily, after eating our turkey, y'all know what I'll be doing, thank y'all at AT, for ALL my truck needs you guy's are my GO- TO. I ordered 2 rear shocks for my 2020 Power Wagon that dealer couldn't get me due to being on back order. The ordering process was super easy but when I received the shocks the one had no hardware. I started an online chat that kept being closed out. I had to call twice to get a shipping label. When I finally the replacement shock one of the shocks looked new the other looked like a display that sat in a parts house window it was all faded. I ended up installing anyway just to get my truck back on the road. I recommend a little better on the QC. I'm a parts and service director for a dealership so I understand parts availability issues. I'm just upset that the product doesn't look consistent.
If I could give additional stars I would. I also priced out most of these parts through other websites and American trucks was Little cheaper on everything. Not to mention their inventory and how easy it is to navigate their website. Fitment verification. All parts showed in perfect condition. UPS delivered at no additional cost, just another Star in my book as they use qualified and trusted logistics company To get the parts to your door.
I don't have all the parts installed but the ones that I did I had orw install and they said everything went together great.

Order was placed on Friday 11/22, tracking info received 11/22, paid for 2 day shipping, and order still has not arrived on 11/27. Also the tracking info still has not updated so I can't find my part.

Live in Alaska and received the resistor promptly. Everything was there and packaged nicely. Unfortunately, that wasn't my culprit. Have to look for a blower motor next.
My order has not been shipped yet and I paid for 1 day delivery. If it isn't going to be a 1 day delivery then I expect a refund for the 1 day delivery.
