I am overall happy with my purchase. But there is a significant scratch on one of my wheels. Pretty disappointing due to how deep it is.
The whole user profile just seems to be more than it needs to. Hard to find account balance in settings and during checkout. There are way to many emails sent as well it seems I get at least 5 a day for no reason. Commissions seems like a good idea for the employees but the always seem to be a tad pushy about calling and trying to make a sale
Installation was super easy. Only used 3 tools. Intake looks great on the truck and I have a 2021 Ford Ranger Tremor

I had an interesting experience with the web site ordering. I added an item to my cart. I then went to checkout. I chose to pay with Apple Pay. As soon as the transaction completed I was informed my payment processed but unfortunately it was for $2,000 above the price of what was in my cart. I checked the order and somehow 4 other items for a completely different truck ended up on my invoice.
Here's the great news. I called customer service. They responded quickly and were able to correct the order for me within minutes. It is so nice to be able to speak to a human in a situation like this. Thank you for being one of the few companies that still have a human customer service contact center. Well done.

At a loss as to find an inexpensive spare tire wheel for my '05 p/u I landed on the American Trucks webpage. I actually found a scratch & dent one for my needs. Purchased at a discount. Received the wheel on the day as expected and was pleasantly surprised at the near perfectly new condition. A few quick sprays of some touch up paint and without a close study, it is a new wheel.
Great price, delivered on time, condition better than expected and appropriate follow up. The Way business should be conducted.

I needed a removable rack for my Silverado 1500. Something that would not hinder the flippable bed cover. American Trucks offered several choices of bed racks and roof racks. I found a very affordable option with the RedRock Cross Bar Roof Rack. It fit great. Only comment would be that the assembly instructions are bare minimum, could be improved.
I ordered a previously opened fox 2.0 stabilizer for my F250 and they had a discounted version that had been previously sold and returned, but it did not say anything about all the parts being loose in the box and some missing
