I bought a replacement driver side mirror and upon installing...the turn signal works, the step light works...but it wont fold in as it should.
Ordering and installation of the lift went great the sales support were knowledgeable and very informative and helpful. The installation garage was great. Very impressed with the whole process.

Up is the wrong size.Apparently I have the aftermarket filter which is a narrower size.

Things happen the world's not perfect but from my experience American trucks customer service is pretty good and if something's wrong they make an effort to make it right so we're cool.
The first item I ordered was back ordered, they let me know right away. I was able to easily refund the charge and they sent me comparable items to choose from for replacement. The item fit very well and I was completely pleased with the whole experience.
