On my most recent purchase I accidently had the wrong shipping address entered. Called the support number and immediately had it fixed withing 30 minutes. Like I said great customer service.

Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.
