I received a set of side steps for a customers 2024 Ram2500. The box came destroyed in delivery and all wrapped up on one end. Whomever wrapped these for shipping is a complete hacker. Now, in order for me to return them, they want me to remove the product take pictures just to get a RA!
I sent them a full video of the box un opened at all by me and pictures but they are insisting for me to remove the product and take pictures of the product, now I know this sounds like no big deal but it's the inconvenience and time consumption.
That's ok, I'm the only truck shop installer within 43 miles of this area and I'm insisting on all my customers to buy from Real Truck or ANY other parts place. I now refuse to install ANYTHING from these A-HOLES.

I apologize for your experience with the side step bars, I located your order for them and see the return is setup by the agent you spoke with over chat. I went ahead and waived the photo request please keep an eye on your email for your RMA and pre-paid return label. We do have the option to waive the photos but in cases where something is damaged we try to get the photos due to some suppliers require them. The American Truck Website was easy to use. My package was delivered on time as promised.
Tried to cancel order 20 minutes after placing it. Was told I could not cancel these do not look like the fender flares that I want for my truck. Now it seems I'm stuck with them

Easy and painless, delivered on date expected and happy with overall experience
Great service great part can't wait to put it on didn't take long to receive my part.going to put it on myself thanks to video from American trucks.
So it was delivered by Fedex. I filled out their site that says they'll give you updates on delivery. Today I went on both sites; AT and Fedex and found delivery time between noon and 2PM. At 2:05 PM I checked again and Fedex had changed the time to 2:30-4:30 PM and never sent me an update.
I had to leave my house by 3:00 PM so I went on Fedex's website and attempted to stop the delivery. At 3:00 PM I left my house not knowing what Fedex was going to do.
Of course it was delivered in front of my garage for anyone going by to see and steal.
Luckily it wasn't stolen, however the box had tears in it and looked slightly bent. The wife and I brought into the garage for the night.
I'll look at the packaging more closely tomorrow and take pictures.
I'm not very happy about this delivery.

Very addictive love American trucks very satisfied with everything that I have bought and like real people reviews of different accessories and pictures of products
I was excited until I opened my box and my lenses aren't smoked! The picture of the ones I ordered were dark, these are almost completely clear. My tail light lenses are dark like the picture I ordered from. WTH! Actually after looking closer my taillight lenses aren't very dark either the background is just black.

Hello, I have not completed my first order still waiting on one of three, to be delivered. Two of three does not match. It is a rim that I thought match the rims I currently have. Unfortunately it does not match I will need a return slip for this otherwise thank you very much.
The fasteners were junk. I had to go buy longer better ones. You owe me 5 bucks!

Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.
