Ordered them got here fast they look nice but as I was taking them off the box they were broken pieces that were coming off which I can't believe for the money I paid for I was expecting it to be from good material but no as always they're made in china but I managed to put them on another thing when your about to install them you really have to push them hard so they latch right in if not they're not gonna stay intact.

I am so sorry to hear that you receied an empty box instead of your ratchet straps. Unfortunately these shipped directly from the manufacture and we nor they have any control over the delivery of the product once it leaves. These straps are now in high demand causing a massive backorder/discontinue as the supplier is unable to fulfil the orders. Spent 1300 bucks after 2 days talking to people on a tuner and pcm for my truck but 2 days after buying they call me saying they can't go through with my order because they couldn't find the right part for my truck even after I was told they had it and was even given a discount for what I was buying went to another company and the part they said wouldn't work is the exact part I needed they just don't know what they're doing I guess

Purchased running boards on the phone.
When I spoke with the agent I told them o also wanted to buy installation so the agent had me pick an installer close to me from the list they provide.
I was told the running boards would be shipped directly to the installer's facility within 3-4 days and that the installer would reach out to me to set up an appointment for the install.
Today I received several emails. One was to notify me that the items have shipped and the other asking me to select an installer and the time and date I'd like them installed.
Instead of shipping to the installer's facility they are now being shipped to me which is not what I was told.
Instead general it seems to me like they do not have their logistics figured out which does not inspire confidence

I apologize that the sales rep misinformed you at the time of purchase, so install with local shop is done with our 3rd part called Install Connect, they reach out to you directly after the purchase is made on our website and you select install. They give you options of shops local to you that work with us and ask you preferred date & times. The sales rep cannot set you up with these services at time of purchase since they have no contact with the shop our install connect people do. I apologize again for any inconvenience this may cause you, and I have also issued you a $50 voucher to use on your next purchase online or over the phone.

I have the S-type catback exhaust on my 2013 Mustang GT and I love it! Perfect sound and volume for my Mustang. However, I just bought a 2024 Ford F-150 Tremor 5.0 Coyote V8 and wanted a louder-than-factory but not-as-loud-as-the-2013 Mustang GT exhaust for it. Since Borla doesn't make a Touring exhaust for my new truck, I ordered the S-type (*******) anyway. I'm glad I did! It is not as loud as my 2013 Mustang GT exhaust but sounds every bit as good. Can barely hear it cruising on the interstate but gets aggressive on acceleration. Perfect, for me. Absolutely perfect!

I accidentally ordered the wrong size sidesteps for my truck. They refunded my full price and helped me order the correct sized ones. Install was pretty simple and they look great! Highly recommend ordering from these folks.

I placed an order a coilover set for my F-150 to replace the Fox/Roush suspension that is now worn out and making noise. I received the package fairly quickly, but literally only rear shocks were in the box that came. I reached out to the customer support team to assist, they asked me to take photos, etc. I have not heard anything in regard to a resolution -- this is a joke lol

Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.

Answer: Yes, go a web search for the product you want. There are many other websites that want your business and have great customer service. American Trucks does not.
