Carr Hoop II steps have a description that states simple installation that should only take a few minutes. However, there is no mention of drilling requires for installation, so it is implied that the parts are bolt-on. THEY ARE NOT BOLT-ON.
This installation is far from simple. One small mistake in eyeballing the location to the drill the bracket mounting holes can screw up the entire installation. The description should be updated as it is very misleading.
Not only that, but the parts/instructions sent were for the wrong vehicle (Colorado/canyon instead of Sierra/Silverado).
Fast shipping, friendly service, they sent confirmation email one order was placed and once the order was shipped along with a follow up email just to make sure item arrived. Item looks really nice.
Completed the order on Thursday, was offered an upcharge for 1-day shipping and it stated it would arrive on Sat if I chose to pay extra with this option. Thought that would be good and paid the extra money (regular shipping method stated it would arrive on Monday). Label was listed as created on Fri but never actually shipped. Assuming now on Sat (as it still hasn't shipped), that it might be actually shipped on Mon to be delivered on Tue? Maybe, if I'm lucky, as Wed is a holiday... That was a waste of money... one-day shipping could actually take a week.

Someone ran into my truck in a parking garage and the headlight fell out on the way home. I ordered the headlight (not 100% sure I think on a Friday, and it was here by Tuesday) unfortunately I went out of town but my sister sent me pictures of the headlight out of the box and it looks in good condition. I'll find out tonight when I get home
Great so far just got my truck steps and paid for installation. Hopeful it goes smooth. Happy customer at this point
I had a broken cap on a ball joint that was delivered and I called to have it replaced no problem. Everything worked out I'm satisfied.
1. No instructions as to wireing or anything else.
2. Upper mounting tab on passenger side inboard was broken off.
3. One of the light mountiong holes was sloppy and not to specification.
No problem in removing and replacing the new lights.
Figured out the wireing issue,
Got some washers and solved the passenger side mounting issue.
Should not have to do any of the 3 issue mentioned above. A QC person and a electrician could have just written a note for all buyers to save agro.

Very fast shipping took only one day to arrive. Arrived in perfect condition
Lights are just like oem which is what I wanted, it did not however come with headlight's. I would have ordered new ones if I would have known ( not a big deal though I just used the ones from the old headlights). The tabs that hold the chrome trim around the DS head light were broken (possibly due to shipping). There's quite a bit of play in that piece, so hopefully it doesn't come off. The headlights seem to be good quality and identical to oem.

3 star because items all showed in stock and half of them were back ordered for two months a day after placing the order. Had I known the items were NOT in stock and back ordered 2 months I would have went elsewhere for those items.
I ordered these for my dads truck and he installed them today. They look great on his 2007. The black housing really looks sleek.
