I have purchased a few times now with AT and they always perform as expected. I completley recommend this webstore for your truck.
The website gives no indication that items aren't in stock until after you have completed a purchase. Items I wanted to buy this month and shown as available are backordered for 12 weeks. This should be indicated to the customer before we click through to purchase. My last order made in October 2024 still has not been delivered after 3 months because the item continually gets pushed back with no indication of when it will be available.

Jan 8th Order was placed and UPS Tracking info was posted. However, after several days of no updates, I reached out on Sunday and Tech indicated it was lost. So he provided a "new" transaction to fulfill order.
Somehow on the 14th, the original order tracking showed shipment from Arlington, TX and delivered yesterday.
I reached back out to AT to verify if I need to ship original order back in lieu of replacement order.
This was clarified yesterday evening that they took replacement off my Account.
So far great still waiting on my part however
This is my first time ordering from this company but it won't be the last I have plans to order more parts.
