Shipping was slow only when I requested to cancel the order it was shipped out right away, once shipped I got it in four days. It arrived in great shape.
In searching for a tonneau cover I input my truck criteria and looked at the selections. While browsing I was suggested other products and proceeded to look at them. These products were for a different make and model and my preferences were switched. I switched them back but the next day I was barraged with the other make and model products in my email. I ordered my item and I am hoping the process is better than the web site and customer profile system.

Great item, needed to adjust and re-work the ladder to accommodate my tonneau cover latches.
I ordered these the morning of the 14th of January, and the very next day they were delivered! They aren't in my truck yet, but they will be the end of this week. I've ordered from American Trucks before and I will continue to order from them in the future.
Customer service reached out to me when my order was late arriving. They were extremely helpful. Once my order that contained a console cover did arrive, we were very pleased with the quality and the look. We will definitely order from American Trucks again when we have a need.
I have not received my item yet so I am not able to give a fair review.
Went to install and after bolting in the front piece and working my way from the rear piece back to the front I noticed the front piece of pipe was to long and could not line up with the muffler. After measuring it was 11 inches to long and could not be cut for fitment due to the bend in the pipe. Had to cut off the front piece of pipe from my stock exhaust that was the right length and bend to marry it to the two new sections to make it all fit. Over all pleased with the sound of the product and the quality of it but disappointed that it wasn't truly and bolt on and go as advertised.

I purchased a Barricade bull bar for the front of my 2024 Silverado. The website allowed me to put in my specific truck model to see a list of accessories that would fit my truck. There was a large quantity of options for me to pick from. Besides photos of the accessory, they had photos of it installed on various trucks. They even showed photos of trucks that were my color first, so I could get a real good feel for how it will look installed. The website also had a full installation video that went into great detail. I was also able to have it shipped to the facility that was going to install it for me, so I didn't have to lug it there myself.
I was concerned with possible blockage of my front parking sensors. I was able to call in and ask if that would be an issue. I was told it would not be, which turned out not to be the case. It does disable my parking sensors even though the bar is not directly in front of them. That is my only reason for a 4 star.
However, I liked the look of the bar enough that I am willing to live without the front sensors.
Keep an eye on Open Box items. Some are great deals. However, be vigilant for damaged stuff. Some times it's more trouble than it's worth.
Good product. Came without any defects. A little complex to install but easy to figure out.
