I had a few questions about my order before it shipped and I called customer service. By far, the best customer service experience I've ever had. I can't remember her name but she was very kind and answered all of my questions. Also gave me a voucher due to an inconvenience. Her alone, makes me want to continue shopping with this company.
I placed a $1600 order.
I am missing one piece of this order from a shipping error. I have now spoken with five people and received five different answers and I do not have my parts.
I have not been offered at discount a refund or to have new parts for me to be stuck in a queue of you need to continually wait one to three days for our shipping and returns process to update. It has been two weeks. I do not have the parts for my car winter is approaching and I will not be able to put it back together to get it in storage.
This is the first time ever experienced. A scenario with previous experiences have been fantastic, but this has been extremely subpar, and I could not be more disappointed.
I've had bought a lot of parts and most of them are awesome but I recently bought a hydraulic throw out bearing and there wasn't really any instructions and when I tried a bench bleed and installed it and went to pump the pedal it started to get the right feel then eventually it went dead and I looked under the car and I saw a puddle. I've also bought a tuning device and it had taken 3 months to resolve some issues.

If I could give a - star I would paid for 2day shipping after 5 days my tuner arrived no pcm. Anther 5 days still no pcm no tracking number called they did give me trAcking number but ups won't update seems stuck so far for 650$ I got a napkin with a tracking number on it still no pick I would go another route I'll never use American muscle or Holley again
My item was supposed to be DELIVERED by a certain date, it was not. I still haven't even received an email saying that it has SHIPPED. I asked the "customer care team" about what is going on, and I get "it looks like this part is coming directly from our supplier". I can look up the same exact part on their website and it shows IN STOCK, and that it will be delivered in 2-3 days. DELIVERED, not SHIPPED. I just want what I purchased.
Great price on powerstop z26 slotted/drilled rotors and pads kit. Amazon couldn't even beat it. Much less the next day delivery that showed up when promised. Perfect fit replacing my factory brembo pads/ rotors on my 5th gen camaro. Stops just as good (maybe better) and looks way better. Not tested with laser temp gun but logic says they cool better. Box had burnish (break in) instructions printed on it. Overall I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and American Muscle. Will definitely do future business. Thank you A.M. 5+ stars.
