I would give a zero if I could. I ordered a gift card for Christmas (order placed on 12/8) and never received it. Contacted customer service to cancel as the gift card would not arrive in time for Christmas and the agent refunded me the $3.98 shipping and ordered another card. I contacted service again when I did not receive the second gift card and again asked for it to be cancelled. Agent said they did, no credit issued. Contact service again for a refund and was told it would be issued in 3-5 days. I received an email confirming I would get a refund. 8 days later I emailed and am told that another card was sent and no refund will be issued. I have contacted service 4x and am beyond disappointed as this was a Christmas gift that was never received. Buyer beware

I ordered a part and paid for two day shipping. It took one week to get the part and when I did a live chat on the website and asked for maybe a partial refund of my shipping expenses I was told no. This was my first time using your Business and I find that disturbing. They could've literally given me a five or $10 refund for my shipping expenses, but I just got a flat out no. I didn't pay for one week shipping. I paid for two day shipping.
