Ordered a Roush complete exhaust, which came in two boxes, they sent me two of the same box, only half of the exhaust. I had to return the box to a FedEx sight on my own, and waited a week to recieve the same half of the exhaust AGAIN! They have sent me the same half THREE TIMES! Now I have to take it back to the FedEx drop off, wait another week, and hope by some miracle they send the right half this time. This was over $1,300 and I would certainly expect better. LESSON LEARNED!
Item arrived on time and looked just like the picture. In my opinion they are too expensive for what you get, but luckily I got this on sale.

Boxs came open and boxes ripped up product almost hanging out the box. Need more durable box for ship specially for big heavy parts. 3/4 box's had that condition.
Didn't install them didn't like them. Started to the return them on your website. And found out you are charging me to return them. I'll never order from you again. If your going to have internet company and you want to keep people happy you can't charge for returns. So I have keep this stuff because I am not giving you any more of my money.

I placed an order for some lug nuts and for some reason they were short 8 lug nuts. I called American Muscle thinking It was going to be a headache to get this resolved. It wasn't at all the lady that helped me gave suggestions that I didn't think of and called me back several times to make sure everything was correct. GREAT customer service and the lug nuts worked great.
