I thought " out of stock" means a long wait for order filled. I signed up to be notified when part is available. Restock did not take long and notification of restock was in a timely manner. Shipping was timely also.

I order a strut and shock assembly and it got lost in transit in FedEx. So I didn't have to wait weeks I bought one strut/ shock. Now I have to wait on some investigation to even get my money back or store credit. When obviously it never arrived to me it shows lost in transit. And my car has been sitting at a shop for a week with 3 shocks on. I have to pay daily for it sitting there. Hopefully this one shock arrives soon.

Ordered some parts and it said if I paid for expedited shipping, they would arrive Thursday. Well now my tracking shows Saturday and it will be too late for my appointment. When I try to do a cancel because they haven't even shipped, I'm told that it's not possible. So I paid for something that won't arrive when they said and I can't get a refund. Stay away.
Didn't fight to get them on and they practically fell into place. Smooth ride and clean look to them.
Quality and design of the shifter is great. Unfortunately I did not receive the hardware to put the "Coyote" plates on the sides of the shifter.

The package in the box of my in chin, the directions said it was for a 2011-2014, I ordered for my 2007. The part was right, the instructions were wrong. It's going on this weekend.
