The experience was excellent. Items were delivered earlier than expected to Canada. Prices were less than I could find elsewhere for the same items. Overall great experience.

After almost 3 months of my order and 1 month of returning my product I finally got all my money back. When purchasing my exhaust system I spoke to an online sales rep and went with the option to get the exhaust(Long tube headers and mid pipe) installed by a shop. They picked a day for the install and I went to go have the shop install my headers and mid-pipe. Apparently the headers weren't included in this install by shop, so I was lied to by the sales rep. Wasting my time and money I went back home and sat on a phone call for 1-2 hours getting reasons why this was a thing. Kept asking for a manger "George" and "Chris to reach out to me. Called George 4 times never answered and he only reached out once and never returned my calls after that. When finally speaking to Chris he said "We can't do anything about this and what out sales rep said isn't true and this will be a good learning opportunity for him. He then guaranteed me my paid amount for my order will be returned to me he just has to reach out unlock the order for the warranty.

My order came damaged with dings and scratches with no protection for the exhaust I spent nearly 2,000 on. I decided to return my products to get my full amount back, which was promised by "Chris". I've spoken to probably 15 different people regarding my order with little to no help. 3 of the 15 people were extremely helpful. As of last week I only received roughly 1,200 for my return. The other was converted into a store credit which wasn't told to me, so I had them push it back to my account. As of this Monday still never received my money called and they told me $200 dollars of my order can't returned due to shipping cost and my warrant cost. Asked to speak to a manager about it once again. Turns out they decided to refund me fully.

Overall, I haven't been satisfied with how American Muscle promised me a install of headers and mid pipe, being the reason I bought this exhaust. This whole experience made me not care about my brand new exhaust and just wanted back what was mine. Every time I spoke to someone in support they said "Wow this order is a mess". Yes this order was a mess.

I was shopping on line & decided to order a few items from your company. The process seems a little rough & confusing at first but then I called you help line to which the operator had no idea what I was talking about at first but then soon was on track. Then when I received the order the main patt was missing the receipt said Shipped. Then finally I got to talk with someone & the said they had to ship separately. So the item showed up 2 days later. Thank you for getting me the main piece of my item.
