Order was a bit slow to get here, but arrived fine. Directions included were HORRIBLE. Called customer service and after one incorrect video, they were able to find an installation video of the exact same shade. Once we knew what to do, install was not too difficult with two people. The magnetic closure is STRONG, no need to worry that it won't stay closed when you want it to! Price is too high, but product is great.

Simple process that looked at everything from dimensions, how it would be mounted and color coordinating the pull chain. Very pleased with product and simple to install.
IT WAS VERY EASY TO WALK THROUGH THE ORDERING PROCESS. THE ONE THING I WOUL DLIKE MORE INFORMATION ON IS THE SIZE FO THE MOUNTING BRACKETS AS WELL AS THE SIZE OF THE BLANDS WHEN FULLY ROLLED UP. FOR EXAMPLE, BRACKET IS 3" TALL AND STICKS OFF THE WAS 3". WHEN FULLY ROLLED UP THE BLIND IS 4". THIS HELPS VISUALIZE EXACTLY WHERE I COULD MOUNT THE BLIND.

I'm a repeat customer. I bought pleated shades about 20 years ago for the entire house (31 windows), later when redoing our downstairs I bought bamboo shades for our downstairs only, and now I'm purchasing bamboo shades for our bedroom and sitting room. With the bamboo shades in our downstairs, two weren't cut with the vertical stitching centered, but it was a minor detail with the particular style of these shades (could have been more of problem had I chosen another design). Still, I am purchasing again from AB because I've been pleased with the quality and affordability (good sale) and hoping there's no problem with this newest order.
I am a 79 year old female and I was able to hang it from drilling holes to putting it in the brackets by myself I was a little confused at first and tried to call customer service on a Saturday but they were not available. After laying out all the parts and rereading the instruction I was able to figure it out.
