We are 100% happy with your Americanblinds.com and the blinds we ordered. We ordered from you about 10 years ago when we lived in our old home. We were very pleased with our purchase then and knew we would be satisfied with any new purchases. We also trust you in that our blinds have always been the exact size we needed due to your easy way to measure the windows.
I love this company! I ordered the 2" Bass Wood Blinds by American Blinds and I love them. They are perfect and look great! The first time I purchased blinds from this company was 1991 and the truth is, they were in perfect shape, just wanted a change. Wouldn't go any where else! The other blinds I purchased in 1991 are still in my kitchen today and still look amazing.
I was very pleased with the shade I ordered. I put it up myself without any problems and I really like the color and quality of the shade. Although I haven't ordered very often from American Blinds, when I do need something I always return to your company, and have been very satisfied. I think my first order would have been sometime in the 1980s!
We installed our blinds this weekend without difficulty, which replaced existing blinds we purchased from American Blinds 10 years ago.We were very pleased with their product & service. We just installed the solar blinds at our lake house this weekend and they look great and I think they will help keep the heat out. The service was good and everything was prompt, efficient and made correctly.
I did talk to two different customer service reps that gave me different advice on solar shades versus roller blades that are room darkening so I wasn't completely clear on which way to go. I need to order 3 more shades and think this time I will order room darkening roller blades because these window have a lot more heat from the sun coming through.
I would recommend American Blinds. I like the fact I got samples quickly so I can see the material.
The customer service experience I had was exceptional. The product line is vast and the prices are competitive. But moreover the quality of the blinds for the money were the deciding factor of why I chose American blinds. After ordering the blinds they arrived quickly and the installation was simple. I highly recommend, and I will look forward to doing business again with.

I have used American Blinds on several occasions for many years. I have found you very easy to order, the person taking my order makes me feel they are taking their time to make sure the order is correct and I have measured correctly. Now I have never had to call back to return something so I don't know if you have an automated service for that. I would prefer to talk to a human from the first answering of the phone. Heard from American Blinds and was told that I would always get a person to talk to.
I found everything about my purchase excellent. I needed some help and your response on the internet was really helpful. My order was delivered promptly and correctly. I can not think of one thing I would change. Thanks for your great service.

We absolutely love your company and have had nothing but positive experiences when dealing with you. All of our blinds have been of the highest quality, with the exception of the last top/down, bottom/up shade that we ordered but you replaced it without hesitation and the replacement works perfectly!

I really, really like the blind we purchased from American Blinds. The company was recommended to me by a close friend who was very happy with her blinds too. When I looked a blinds at local stores, the cost was prohibitive. The cost through American Blinds was about half the price of the local stores including the big box home improvement stores. My husband installed the blind. The installation was easy and the directions were easy to follow. I also was impressed that the company sent me color samples first. Both the sampes and blinds arrived in the time frame that was promised. I am happy to recommend the company.
