I have been shopping American Blinds since 1996 I wouldn't Buy anywhere else! NO store, no other online Company! The customer service is Superb! The products are top Quality. I have used them for 5 homes.
This is an email I wrote in response to ABS asking how I liked or disliked their Comp. And service. Below is My actual email response! I hope it is helpful to others!
Hi Sean: Received your email asking if I had any suggestions of something that I might like to see changed on your service or product and Honestly No! I have been dealing with ABS since 1996. I have done 5 of my own homes with your products more then once, lol plus a few of my customers whose Kitchens and baths we have redone, they ordered their window treatments from you with no problems! Please don't ever change your customer service! I tell everyone aside from the fact I have never had one mistake or problem with the appearance or measurements I gave you, if I was missing a bracket or something stupid, I call and Immediately I received what I needed in a few days! Also I have had some Bali shades whose tassles broke, I called and in a week I had replacement cords! You stand by what you sell and please don't ever slack on that service. I stress your customer service to my customers!
