When I first saw my wood color blinds I was worried. They looked fake. But when I got them up in the windows they were perfect. Love them!

So nice to find what I'm looking for with the odd sizes of an older home. But when you see the website say will ship from the nearest wearhouse and your blinds ship from China, it makes you wonder.

First blind arrived with defect. Customer service was a breeze to get it replaced. I've ordered a lot of blinds from this company over the years and have always received good service.

The blind is perfect for my kitchen window. I had to call twice because I felt that the first rep was not providing accurate information about the color. I called back and spoke to someone who gave me a totally different answer. Thank goodness I listened to my gut.

So glad I was able to order samples! I was able to actually hold them up to the window (and to the wall) and choose the best one (which was not the one I would have chosen if I'd had to guess!).

We are loving our new zebra blinds! It wasn't easy finding the install instructions in the box - so went online. It would be nice if instructions were included in every box. The pulls on these are not quite as smooth as others of the same style previously ordered so have to be more careful opening and closing. Hopefully they will last since they have more working parts to break! Overall, I would highly recommend!

The chain pulls on the blinds are clunky and make a lot of noise. Less than elegant. I wish they were cords like I've purchased from you before. That said, the blinds themselves are great and the hardware options you send are quite good.
