Anyhow, my thinking is... If the workers are paid fair wages & treated with respect, maybe they'll have time to check return items before repackaging them as brand new and shipping them out to customers again.
If Amazon can help with their employees putting food on the table, then their workers wouldn't be so burnt out.

In the last month. They have had multiple errors and "glitches" with wrong items or packages showing up damaged that they don't want to take responsibility for mistakes. I ordered a few items to my home and somehow the order got duplicated and also charged from my brothers card for the duplicate of my order that went to his house. Their apology? Return the items if you don't want them, and we'll refund you when we receive the items. No apologies for running a second unauthorized transactions on the wrong card?
Not to mention that they don't care what your delivery options are, I return home to find wet, dirty packages where the products inside are destroyed.
Their customer service is horrible now, too many of their products are now terrible and do not match descriptions. They must be aiming to become the online Walmart.
Amazon is great for items that you know about, but I don't recommend for anyone looking for new products, quality or certain products that require fitting like clothes or shoes.
I've been an Amazon Prime customer since they started it.
I get my packages delivered to my office after I came home 1 day and found 2 Amazon packages in the wet road in front of my mailbox
I checked off no weekend deliveries
I also listed that it was a business and we could only receive deliveries Monday through Friday 6:30 until 3:00. My office is 20' off a major road and sidewalk

I've had a few times when they delivered after hours, but I never complained
In the last 3 months they have delivered on weekends and nights, so I have to drive and pick them up, passing stores on the way that I could have stopped and bought the same merchandise there

They delivered last Saturday morning and I had to drive down and pick it up before it was stolen
I called customer service and complained for 30 minutes. Good luck dealing with them. I could have just talked to my floor and got the same satisfaction

I bought Aro pro 2 Camara that says to charge every six months. But instead I was charging every other day. I got tired of charging. I made my inquiries and found out it was not functioning well. I returned it for an exchange but they took $126 away from my purchased price. I called for my full refund or exchange but they told me they took it for restocking fee. Restocking fee can only be charged if the product was good and you just want to return because you don't need it again not when you sold a damaged product to me. I called again today about my full refund and the manager told me he was going to hang the phone on me if I don't hang up and he actually hang the phone on me while I was still talking to him.
Be aware! Amazon is actually steeling from people and getting rich and middle class will keeping going down! I will not stop telling my ugly experience until I get my $126 back.
With Amazon prime you know what you are getting. They have a wide range of shows from classics to new shows. They let you know if you have to pay for something not in your plan. No bad surprises here.
So, I (was/had) a prime membership with Amazon. As of just a few minutes ago, he'll no. Not giving them free money anymore. Anyways, I purchased three items from them which got to my location the next day. That was awesome, but the kicker is the fact that it was raining, not hard or anything, but instead of the truck stopping to deliver my items they just drove right past me and took it to a amazon locker. I drove my own car to the said location to see what the issue was thinking that I was on my way to an amazon facility. A $#*!ing grocery store! I jump on the phone to talk to Amazon to let them know what was going on, anyways they didn't want to hear what I had to say as if it was my fault.
Today, my package was out for delivery which keep in mind my package was only 7 minutes away, I never got it and was told that I would get it at 10pm. After telling them that I will be at work at that and plus that it is raining, I do not want the product any longer. They were pretty pushy for about me wanting to cancel it with saying that they could put it in a bag and leave it in front of my door. Lmao, $#*! that $#*!. The stuff would be soaked in water along with possibly getting stolen. As I said, no longer shopping here again.
Excellent marketplace. However, it'd be great to have more international shipping option and more protection for international buyers.

I have bought four articles at a really good price on Amazon.de. After two days, I get emails telling me that my purchases have been canceled by the sellers.
So, when you make a deal the seller cancels.

I experience continuing problems with Amazon.
1. Their delivery people are incompetent. Cannot even read. I post instructions at my door as to where to leave small packages that they completely ignore. Just leave packages out on the step, in the rain, for porch pirates to grab.
2. There is no place to complain. My letters to corporate go unanswered.
3. They trick you into signing up for "Prime" at checkout. I was tricked, immediately canceled, yet they tried to bill me. I had to file a complaint with the Washington State Attorney General to get them to reverse the charge.
Dealing with Amazon is worse than dealing with the government - even the IRS.
The website itself is quiet amazing, but when it comes on the issue of ordering goods there are some delays, I ordered a book from your stores and arrived two weeks later in my country.
It seems everyone else likes them as much as I do. I love out in the sticks about 30 Min from a walmart and 1 hour from other big stores. It is soo nice to be able to have prime and get free shipping and often have what I order 1 or 2 days later. Just an awesome service.
Amazon has usually amazing service, until u order something that u can't see in your "order" tab, then they block your account for the next day because upon login u didn't get your visa's expiration date correctly although u r sure about it.
Add to that if your account is blocked, the only way to unblock it is by calling them, which may include extra charge if u r not from the us.
They don't know about emails
I ordered groceries using Whole Foods Amazon Prime. This was only our second order using the grocery service. The first order went perfectly. The second delivery didn't go as well. To make a long story short, our order had been delivered to the wrong street entirely. I messaged Amazon, received a callback immediately. The representative was able to see that the order had been delivered to the wrong street. He apologized, offered to refund the order and give me a $15 credit towards my next order. He was very polite and helpful.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
