Your listing will not be visible and it will take countless emails to find out why when it says active, it is not actually listed on Amazon because you only have the Individual selling plan. Terrible customer service from people who really could not care less.

Poor customer service and even worse delivery service. Especially since they deliver themselves. Delivery man often mistakes my address, or leave orders in the lobby without ringing. Cistomer representatives are not helpful at all, and quite argumentative too. Will unsuscribe from Prime.

Someone hacked my computer and ordered a $1,800 mac-book on Amazon to his/her address 1 o'clock in the morning. I contacted Amazon as soon as I found out and told them to stop the transaction. Guess what, they said they could not do anything because the item has been shipped out. The scammer then found out I had reported so he/she dared not to sign for the computer, and the delivery company sent me Emails. I told them to cancel the delivey and return the computer to Amazon. They said they could not, the only people can return the computer is whoever signed for it and then return. WHAT A JOKE! I have been waiting for a week and contacting Amazon several times. Each time the customer service people asked me to wait and said the account specialist would contact me for refunding me the gift card balance. When I ask if I could contact the specialist directly? They said no. I did nothing wrong but now I am more frustrated than the people who hacked to my account. MAKE SURE YOUR SYSTEM IS WORKING SAFE, AMAZON!
5 packages in as many weeks are either lost in transit or some other bs problem. Amazon is of no help to find the items. You have to apply for a refund and it's really not a pleasant experience.
I've purchase hundreds of items from Amazon.ca. Their retailing practice, return policy, etc. is excellent. However, their delivery guys have made so many mistakes since the beginning it's not even funny - parcels were dropped off at the wrong address, called somebody else's telephone number and left the parcel with the wrong person; etc. Yesterday they dropped off my package, while the concierge was unavailable, with a label taped over my name and address. My concierge had to very carefully peeled it off to find out who the recipient was. I know delivery staff don't need high intelligence for their job, but this is definitely not acceptable from a human being.
After being on the phone with them for over 2 hours to try and resolve an issue with their own fire tablet they simply hung-up. Issue unresolved
I have never had a problem with Amazon.ca. I am a prime member and I like the perks that come with it. I love the free and fast delivery, movie Chanel, music app, and ease of return. I also use Amazon to send presents to my family using Amazon.de. I can use my amazon.ca account for easy payments. I used to use Canada Post, but packages would be very late, lost or partially empty (yes, some items were stolen from
The package). Canada post will take no responsibility for it and they are also very expensive. I used to be very frustrated about it. Amazon makes it easy and affordable. I also think it is more environmentally friendly. I also never had a problem returning items. The ratings (with a grain of salt) help me choose a product with more confidence, though I don't like the idea of having items on the top of their list, bc they pay for it. I also don't like that Amazon has their own label, as this makes it harder for sellers to compete. That's why I only gave four stars!
Amazon has closed mi account because 1) I asked for a refund, complete with police report, for an item that I never received then 2) months later I asked for a refund on an item that was "guaranteed same day shipping," was given the refund in Amazon credit then mi account was closed. Despite providing government issued photo ID and mi signed leas, they refuse to either reinstate mi account or issue a proper refund. Last time I checked, taking money and not delivering the product was called theft/ fraud. But not if you're a multi-billion dollar company.
I received a used TV with a cracked screen and crayon all over the inside from Amazon and they refuse to exchange it for the price I received it at.
After escalating a refund was forced upon my account with the threat that if I do not return the item soon the refund would be revoked and I would be stuck with a broken product.
They also expect me to drop the TV off at a UPS location but my vehicle is too small for this TV. I requested a pickup and they basically told me "too bad that's your only choice"
They ship garbage products and hope the customer keeps them and when you ask for the actual new product you order they threaten you. How are these people still in business?
I live in a condo in downtown Vancouver. We have high crime and property theft. Once again the Amazon Prime deliver service left the parcel right outside, on the street! They didn't even buzz to get in the building, they didn't even try and leave in the lobby, which they still shouldn't do, and didn't even bother buzz or call and bring it to my condo door. They left on the street. What is wrong with these deliver drivers. You now can't even call customer service anymore, you have to deal with a bot. I fail to see how on line ordering is better than brick and mortar? Amazon is turning into a terrible company.
I hate how when they send you the wrong item there is no way to contact a living breathing person, but instead just a load of automatically generated bull$#*!.
Bought 2 items for Christmas that were not acceptable
Item 1 a DVD that will not play. Call to Amazon said they would replace but had to request return online which I did. Was sent a refund email and shipping label that I have to pay postage... back to Great Britain not to Amazon Canada where I purchased it from.
Item 2 misrepresented in picture shows it holding a cake on head of snowman. Pan is 4" wide. Maybe an easy bake cake. They will give me a refund but I have ship it back to California. Postage will be $50.00 more than the item is worth. Again I purchased it from Amazon Canada. Why oh why do I have to return to California to get my refund.
If this is Amazon's new return policy I will seriously rethink ordering from them
Here we go again... excuse after excuse how they can deliver some goods to my door one day and then apparently can't find my location the next day. After another late Prime delivery and my attempt of a complaint I see they actually wrote under the late delivery in my account... customer now requested a new delivery date. The hell I did... Good bye Prime for good.
Amazon canceled my order after saying it was out for delivery for 5 days in a row in a town 4 hours from me. Then they tell me I refused it. FFS I am 4 hours from the last tracking. Then they tell me it was damaged and returned to supplier but no refund will be submitted. Are you f%$king kidding me? Credit card dispute in progress.
Please do not buy anything from amazon. They are a bunch of thieves. I bought a mattress from them and the next day the price dropped so I called them. I had option to cancel the order and buy at reduced price but the agent told me not to do that and they will give me a credit for price difference after the item is delivered. Once the item was delivered I decided to call back and they told me they cannot do that and the customer service agent who I spoke to did not know the policies. Never buy anything from them.
For many years I have been buying goods on Amazon and everything was fine. The experience of recent months has been very bad. The reason is other sellers on Amazon ça. The product is not accurately described, you have to pay for the return ( shipping) and received a letter from Fedex for an additional payment to pay customs duties. I decided to close my account and no longer use Amazon Canada
