Lightning fast shipping. Unit is doing a great job. Would definitely recommend this product and this company.
I PAID and Ordered it $1,200+ on December 14th and now its January 3rd 20 days later and I still haven't got nothing! Fedex shows its still in Kentucky

Great people and staff; always get a friendly voice willing to help and not an AI chatbot or an endless circle of death from a thousand phone menu cuts. In this day and age it is appreciated.
6 stars if I could...
My 3rd unit purchase smooth as always. Been buying from here for all my mini-split needs for the past 7 years.
I installed a heat pumped and by passed my old air forced oiled furnace with blueridge system and the home heats way better entirely i know it will be more economic than oil, highly recommend systems
Prompt, efficient, helpful, economical. I had been struggling to get a reasonable system & installer. Once I connected with Alpine Air, we had the system delivered to our address in just a few days!
Easy to find the equipment I wanted. Price and shipping were very reasonable. Will buy from again!
I received a 2 ton package unit that was shipped with a refrigerant leak somewhere in the coils. I contacted customer service about the problem and asked for a replacement, I was asked to do leak check, which I didn't mind, thinking this would help get the issue resolved.I was led to believe that by doing everything asked of me would resolve the issue. I got a return call from customer rep. Telling me that no replacement unit would be offered. All I was offered was parts and " Wholesale Compensation " for my time, refrigerant, welding supplies, nitrogen and vacuuming unit. My problem is that the homeowner wants the unit replaced, and I can't blame him. After spending a day installing the D.O.A. Unit and paying a helper and another day of chasing a leak I must now purchase another unit to satisfy the homeowner to get paid for the D.O.A. Unit which I still have to repair and HOPE that I can sell to try and at least break even. I will not be using them after this is finished. In the past I have not had any issues, but you do not know a company until you need their help. A.C. Wholesalers, Baker Supply and Ed's Supply were where I had used before I started using Alpine and it looks like I'll have to go back to one of them.
Haven't installed unit yet, but super fast shipping with good communication. Packaging was pristine
I like the unit. Working great. I would like to see the instalation manual be written in aclearer manner. The instructions were vague concerning the drain hoses and the pvc sleeve for line set through the wall.
Every step of the research, quoting, ordering and receiving my order was excellent! Great support, great pricing, super fast shipping, quality delivery... A+++
Delivery and packaging were solid.
Installation was straight forward (DIY 24K BTU) and took me about 5 hours from start to finish, including breaker, wiring/conduit, bracket mount and all else.
Works very well on A/C and heat seemed to be effective as well. Will know more over the coming few months. Looking forward to FP (Freeze Protection) capability as this was installed at our rural cabin in Northern Maine.
Answer: They're legit. Like most minisplit vendors, their units are either rebadged Midea or rebadged Gree (depending on the product line). Customer service good, units work with no issues.
