Mismatched equipment sent. Had to wait 4 days for replacment parts. People were very helpful otherwise.

Received in a very reasonable time in good condition. Had it installed within the next couple weeks and it has been working great so far. Would recommend to someone else.

This is our 3rd time purchasing HVAC equipment from Alpine. They have proven to have the best price, reliable and fast delivery. I obtained costs estimates form multiple local and online suppliers but Alpine offered the best products at the most competitive price.

We ordered the 12,000,220v model and cannot be happier it is so quiet inside and the outside as well. Blows nice cold air and was in my opinion an easy install from start to finish. I had a hard time finding mini splits online until I came across the Alpine website. I called up and the gentleman was super nice and was able to find the exact filters for our mini splits. The order came in a couple of days. Would hardly recommend this company for any future needs.

I've installed several minisplit Condensers on these stands and they're great quality for about 100$ less than the competition. Only thing is the bolts 🔩 to attach the condenser are too short so I just keep a stock of the correct bolts in my parts box.

Highly recommend this company. They never let us down for the last 10 years...

Great appearance, quite operation. Easy to operate remote. Bought the WiFi thumb drive.
Now operate from phone.

Very pleased with my purchase. The unit looks great and operates very well. I purchased this for a small bedroom even though I already have central air. My mother who is almost 90 is cold all of the time and is constantly turning up the heat. Needless to say, I am uncomfortable and needed a spot in my home to remain cool. This does the trick.
