Have just booked an Easter break with AlphaRooms. Very good website, easy steps. The price displayed is the price you pay - not always the case! Can book everything - flight, hotel, transfer in one transaction. Ideas to improve further: offer more than one airport at a time and design a filter for adults only holidays - would be a market leader and a strong selling point for the more mature(!) holiday searchers.

I found alpharooms easy and no hassle, would definitely recommend and have. There easy payment plan is a perfect way of affordable holidays with no hassle.

Great site and prices. Easy to use website. Only gremlin was the non appearance of a payment confirmation page. Had to call to check booking was completed, which it was.

Changed my booking date/hotel. Customer service guy was really lovely and rebooked new hotel. And date. Explained everything clear nothing was too much trouble so I gave his details to my sister who booked for 4 people at the same hotel
