I don't typically comment or give a review unless I have something good to share. However in this case I feel compelled to do so. I ordered 2 masks and 1 t-shirt back on June 12th and I have yet to receive my items. I've reached out to this company several times via email only to be told that my order is in production and I should receive my items the following week. I'm really disappointed and will not dare order from this company again. In reading some of their FB post the masks are stocked and they ship in 1-2 days. I'm really confused as to why I have yet to receive my 2 masks (that you keep stocked) and 1 T-shirt..

It was easy to order. There was a nice variety. I may order more later if these are what I need.

No real complaint, but a message came up 15% off. I guess for being a new customer. To quick for me to read and click.

Warning, this company does not ship in any sort of timely manner. I order a shirt as a gift in middle of September 2022 and after many attempts to contact seller to resolve, in January I disputed the charge with the credit card company since the shirt had not been delivered and merchant made no promise or estimate of when it would be shipped and refused to cancel and refund. Please note that when I ordered it, it displayed as 'In Stock'.
The merchant refused to cancel the order 3 months after accepting payment and not shipping the item. Over a month after being contacted by the credit card company with the charge disputed, the shirt was shipped (middle of Jan-2023). This is no way to run a business. Their 'no cancellation' policy while expecting people to wait 6 months for an 'in stock' item if less than Christian in it's greed. There are much better Christian companies to buy clothes from. I suggest those!

I ordered two shirts that were a different style. It took a while to receive the one and when it came it was too big. I called and asked if I could exchange it for a smaller one and they said they could send the second one in a small because it hadn't been sent out yet. It took a very long time to receive the second one and when I did receive it, I left them a message right away stating that they sent a medium instead of a small like we had discussed. I didn't even try the second one on because I know it is too big. They didn't respond and I did receive many emails wanting me to purchase other products and I did respond to one email but again they did not acknowledge it. I had the two shirts siting in my closet and even responded to a text (among the several texts they sent wanting me to purchase more products). I did call today and they said too much time had lapsed so they couldn't help me. Now I have 2 shirts that I cannot wear. When they first said they would send me the small in the second shirt so I could see if I like how it fit, they knew it would be more than 60 days and at the time they said it was OK. But it apparently was not. I have to say their product is good quality and I have ordered in the past. But because they did not keep their word I would not recommend this company. It was ok for them to take the time they needed because they didn't have my shirt in production.

I really wanted to do business with All Things by Faith, because of their claims of their love for God, and I was hoping I would be able to write a raving review. The shirts are nice, but I haven't washed them yet so not sure how they will hold up. I got a discount plus free shipping, so it was a good deal. For me, the actual price is too high. The order did take a LOT longer than I expected--a whole month. All emails were answered, but as time passed I was concerned that this place was not going to follow through. Thankfully, I did get the order and that the shirts were as described.

UPDATE: Company has reached out to me twice asking me to change or remove my review due to fact that they are trying to improve their customer service and business processes. As a 95% online shopper, I rely on honest reviews, therefore I explained to them that I would not change or remove my review. Perhaps if they truly are able to turn things around within their business, more positive reviews will populate the internet. Proof of actual change is in the actions/outcomes. I did check reviews and I still see situations similar to mine posted, so time will tell.

The same situation for me as others listed. I ordered my 'baseball' shirt in June. They got my money June 13th. I actually spoke to someone the beginning of July, and was told they are on back order. After numerous calls. Emails, messenger -messages, and a post on their site in comments; I got an email on Aug 21st that said shipping information would follow in a couple of days. NOT ONE iota of correspondence yet! I filed a dispute with my bank and am hoping to get my money back. DISGRACEFUL
