I placed an order on May16,2022. I tried calling twice and I sent several emails asking about the status of my order. I did receive one or two emails stating there was a fire somewhere in the building and that things were backed up and many apologies. Today I want to apologize, I was away and just came home from vacation to find my order delivered. Everything was perfectly made and I have no complaints. I need to call my credit card company and make sure " all things by Faith " get paid. I just wish the communication had been better. I really thought my money was gone. I am happy to report I received my order and it was perfect. I will consider ordering again. My love For God is great and first in my life and I like to support companies that glorify the Lord

This company took my money on 5/19/22 for a ring, and I haven't received it yet. I paid extra for shipping so I could track the shipping. They never sent me a shipping emailing. I've emailed and called. Emails are like the ones described by others (short of staff, due to COVID, fire in neighboring business, etc.) in other websites like the BBB. I checked on the fire. That's a lie. I also found the exact ring on Esty for $17. Their ring sales for $31.77. Wish I would have googled before I clicked on their ad. They said in the first email the ring was in production. Give me a break! They do not have to make the ring I ordered. Since I called their bluff in a reply email they are not responding (I sent them a screenshot of the exact ring for sale on Esty). They claim to be a christian and a veteran organization. I DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. They are scamming people. Oh, I called and left messages. They have not returned any calls. HORRIBLE Company - Scammers for sure!

I placed an order for 6 shirts for gifts on June 8th 2022 and I still haven't received my completed order as of 2/25/23 along with at least 247 other people if not more. This sight is not accurate. The BBB gives no rating because of such low standards in customer service. This company hides behind their title to lure customer's in.

These folks are so LOW they use My Lord's name to run a SCAM! I look for small Christian companies to support. I happened upon this site and was thrilled! I bought graduation gifts and a few things for myself. At first, I accepted their answers and thought nothing more of it. A few weeks pass and I message again & fire & the shorthanded & on & on... I bought new graduation gifts. I finally said just refund my money and just our own way. I am told "NO" but they will give me STORE CREDIT! Okay wait, why can't you just give me my items that I ordered? Why do I need a store credit? They PLAINLY state that they DO NOT PRINT AHEAD OF TIME, it is ALL CUSTOM TO ORDER. So, my items haven't been printed, so I just ask them to send the 3 orders I placed or refund me. Now, they are ignoring me. I do not like leaving bad reviews. But, they didn't have to wait on me to pay them and I shouldn't have to wait like this OR now be ignored. So, If I had only read reviews, I wouldn't be in this position! RUN!
They are still running promotions and I keep getting the emails about them. I messaged them and asked why they were running promotions when they are obviously 7+ weeks behind. They also Play the VETERANS card and as the Big Sister that Raised an Air Force E7 in her 19th year of service and a little brother that was just recently Medically Retired from the Army as a Sergeant that did a Tour in Syria and Afghanistan, I take that word and and use it with respectfully! They are using it just like they are The Lord's name. I don't take that lightly. I gave them chance after chance to just walk away. But, they have $200.00 of my hard earned dollars and well that just isn't right.

Terrible communication, I place 3 orders AS GRADUATION GIFTS over a month ago, And have still yet to receive any of them. I in the beginning just asked for updates on when they would ship and was met with excuses. I was promised they would go out on this day or that day and I've finally asked for a full refund because I don't even need the items anymore. It has been a month and they were gifts. Now they are using Christ's name to justify their lack of professionalism and lying to their customers. I've found another company and have placed seven orders and received them all since I ordered from this "company".
I am all for supporting small Christian-based businesses but in this case they are not acting like a business at all much less a Christian business. The first month I just asked for a shipping date on when I was going to get my items even though I have no use for them anymore because they were gifts for graduation. But after being lied to for a month I want a refund, and they are refusing a refund. They say that they will offer me store credit. Why would I want store credit and place another order when I can't even get the orders that they promised me a month ago? What makes me think I will ever get these items? That is not how you run a business. Much less one that claims WWJD. Buyer beware! You will be met with excuses about fires, neighbors, being shorthanded, and being a company that doesn't start your order until after you've ordered it because it's custom. Well if it's custom then you haven't made my order so just give me my refund my first order was placed on May 13, May 14, May 15. They were for $78, $32 and $89. If you want to know the name of an exceptional honest and and super fast shipping Christian company let me know, because I have found one and I have gotten my orders within 3 to 4 business days.

I just want a refund I feel like I have been patient enough and I have been lied to enough and you didn't have to wait on me to pay you so I honestly shouldn't have to beg to get my order. I don't need the items anymore I want my money back.

I placed an order over 8 weeks ago. They gave me the runaround week after week. After 8 weeks, I kindly asked for a simple refund. After not answering for a week, I told them I wanted a refund by the end of the day or I was going to file a fraud/scam with my bank. The responded with a no refund policy or exchange/store credit which is an absolute insult since I ordered a couple tee shirts and they couldn't provide that so what good would an in store credit do? They took my money in two payments as soon as I placed the order which was odd, but 9 weeks later, no product, no refund and I completely was scammed so BUYER BEWARE.

Wish I had read MANY horrible reviews before placing an order with this self proclaimed Christian and Veteran Owned Co. Well, this Veteran family doesn't like getting ripped off. Glad I ordered thru PayPal - I have a feeling my shirts will never show up like others.

I have purchased from this company numerous times in the past. I knew what size to buy because of my prior purchased, but they changed shirt vendors because I have not gained a pound and no longer can wear a medium, even before it is washed. I am 5'8 and weigh only 130 lbs so I normally wear a medium in all shirt very comfortably. When I received my shirts they were too small so I returned them and requested the same shirts in large. They refused. They gave me store credit and any amount I did not use on that one purchase would be forfeited. But I had purchased 4 shirts on sale and waited 3 weeks to get them. Now none of them were on sale. I could only buy one and one half shirts instead of 4. So I bought one and forfeited the balance because I am not paying them one more cent. They should honor the return policy that is clearly stated on their website. Bait and switch from a company that purports to be owned by Christians. Even when I protested that this is not the return policy that they advertised, that I was a repeat customer several times over and that it was obvious that had changed shirt suppliers - no change, just sorry we don't do that anymore.

It's Feb 27,2022, and and I am still waiting for the remainder of my Christmas order (placed on Nov 28,2021) to be filled. I've sent at least five follow-up emails. I get responses like "your order will ship out today or early next week", but i still don't have my order, nor do I have any information about when I will receive it. I surely want to believe in this company, and their "Powered by Jesus" statement. But after 90 days of trying to get my order, and 60 days of trying to get resolution to the "Delayed" status, I am beginning to believe they are not being truthful with me. Today I sent another follow-up email begging for information about my delayed order. Since it is Sunday, I hope to hear something substantial tomorrow.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING HERE! I ordered my husband a shirt off of a Facebook ad. The FB ad takes you right to the product. I chose the size and color and input my payment info. As you go to your cart, you are asked to upgrade your order with several different products. You have to click on "Yes" or "No." Very annoying! One page offered a face mask for $8.99. I accidentally clicked on "yes". I tried to find a way to delete it, or change to a zero. I order things all of the time online. I couldn't find a way to delete the mask, so I just backed out of the order. I checked my bank balance right then, because they had my payment info. It was not debited. I called ATBF RIGHT THEN. No one answered, so I left them my information about the error in the order and asked them to call me back. The NEXT day, I checked my bank statement again, and it STILL wasn't debited, so I ordered just the shirt. The next day after that, my bank statement showed debits for BOTH orders! I called again, again, no one answered, and I left a message telling of the error AGAIN!. No one called back, so I called on 2-15, no one answered, so I told them that this was my 3rd call, and that they NEED to call me back, or I will take it up with the bank. I got a call back, and explained, for the 4th time, what had happened. The woman said that they don't offer refunds. Period. She said that the shirt were custom ordered or made- both unbelievable! They have many complaints, including 93, now 94 complaints to the BBB!

I purchased a gift for my wife on 12/4, plenty of time to get it in for Christmas. I emailed them on 12/18 and received a reply that it should ship the next day. We are 4 days from Christmas and NOTHING.
After reading the BBB reviews I am concerned that I have been scammed.

They just got the most wonderful books ever and I'd really recommend this and encourage you to keep up

I ordered a t-shirt from this company. After washing on gentle and air drying the material has what looks like a huge bleach splatter. NO bleach was used when I washed it. I contacted the owner and he proceeded to tell me that the "production manager" said that nothing was wrong with the shirt. It's just the design on how the acid wash works. Also, the material is SO thin and see through. It's not like the picture that was shown when I ordered it. Very frustrating and the owner did not even try to make it right or refund. I'll NEVER order again. It's just not the Christian way to respond back. A waste of $20 some dollars.

After over a month, I received the cross I'd ordered. It is beautiful and worth the wait. It's not quite as large as I thought it would be but very well made and easy to wear.

Their T-shirt prices are high-priced. Nine days ago I got an email saying my T-shirt was being sent to quality control and getting ready to be shipped. No days later it's still nope it shipped and no further communication. In my humble opinion customer care is highly valued, something this company lacks. Look elsewhere for your Christian t shirts.

I ordered four shirts back in mid-June and never received my order and every time I email them I get a different story. I just want a full refund and they said they don't refunds until you receive your items. For this being a so-called faith-based company, they are wolves in sheep's clothing. Please do not ever order from this company, they are nothing but deceitful.

Before you buy from this website, please check them out at the Better Business Bureau's website. It took three months for me to receive my order. Repeated unreturned phone calls and generic emails from them are what prompted me to write this review. Advertising as a Christian based website, yet lacking in transparency and basic customer service not to mention bordering on false advertising in my opinion sours my experience to use any future Christian website. They may try to use COVID as an excuse, but they did not disclose at all delay times impacted by it. Take a good look before you buy.
