I ordered a t-shirt on May 18,2021. I emailed the company and on June 15th they said it would be 7-10 business days. Today is June 29th, no order!
Waits for all orders to be received and produced before they ship.
They send emails that your order will ship soon but have no intention of shipping until all orders are made. Would be nice if they told you that upfront.
Still haven't received my order
Ordered merchandise. I didn't get an email confirmation but the money came out of my account. After contacting them, they sent an order #. After about 1 month, I got an email saying it was shipped. At that point, I saw it was to the wrong address. I contacted them about this and the reply was when it gets returned, we will ship it to you. I then said to cancel the order and issue me a refund. They replied they dont issue refunds. So I basically, paid for someone else to get my goods. Great job!
I've been waiting almost three week for my order this is for her birthday the way it looks she's not going to get it
I sent back 4 rings for a refund and they will not call me back. They received the product back on March 27th and have not done anything about it. I have ordered other rings from them but this transaction has been terrible. If this is a Christian based business their practices on this is not Christian like at all.
Ordered on 3/3/21 for special event, got email on 3/9, tried to cancel because I was told it would take 6 weeks and I needed for my event, order not processed until 3/15/21 even though I called and tried to cancel on 3/9 (I was lied to), got snarky, preachy emails (Biblical passages out of context by the way). I t is sad that they profess to be a Christian and Veteran based buisness, which is why I chose them. I got a "Raise a Hallejulah" shirt on Amazon in 3 days (I try never to buy from Amazon). If you think I am being too tough, check out BBB reviews. There is a reason they will NOT let you post a review on their actual site. If they do not improve their buisness model they will soon be out of buisness.
I returned a sweatshirt and asked for a smaller size. I verified it was received back at the company and have sent several emails asking if they are sending a different size back to me or issuing a credit. I am not getting a response and nothing is showing on my account. I feel like I just threw my money away. So disappointed, expected so much more from this company.
My husband ordered a sweatshirt for me for a Christmas present and was assured it would arrive on time. After leaving several voice mails we never received the item for a month. In addition the order was wrong. When he finally got through to customer service they told him he made the mistake. This was a lie as an agent took his order over the phone. As he was trying to explain his frustration she hung up on him. When he called back he said he wanted to speak to a supervisor she hung up on him again. I called the next day and spoke to "Faith" and she told me she was a supervisor and was aware of the phone call. After telling her about our displeasure and frustration they still would not refund our money. She relented and gave me a credit on my returned item along with my postage. I used it to buy another item and still had to add $7.50. I can tell you this was one of the worst customer service experiences EVER! We will NEVER refer, advocate, or buy another item from this company. So sad as a Christian company we were treated so poorly.
I ordered two shirts and a pair of earrings. The shirts were super cute but the material is very thin and they were expensive. I tried to return them and was told that I would only get store credit :( The earrings are a lot smaller than appeared in the picture - they are cute but just really tiny. Overall I'm disappointed and will not order again.
When I hadn't heard anything from them 12 days after placing my order, I was told they ship within 10 days. (Wrong). 6 days ago, received email my order went into production. 2 days ago my order was sent to shipping & email would be sent when my order was shipped. Still haven't received email items have shipped. Maybe my first order shouldn't have been $160. I will update review when products are received.

My sisters for Christmas gifts. Each time I was told "they are being made". Then "waiting for quality control". These necklaces are not hand made, they are outsourced and cheap. I was lied to, money taken from me and I get automatic replies to my messages. Not a Christian based company as stated. I have requested a refund twice. I still do not have my products.
I ordered over $300 in merchandise for Christmas back on 10-27-20. They charged my credit card the entire amount, but only sent three jerseys. They now refuse to respond to my emails and have yet to fulfill the remaining merchandise order. They will not credit me my money back or let me pick different (in stock) merchandise. They are still advertising the jerseys I never received and the sterling silver huggie cross earrings of which I ordered (7) pairs... but never received! VERY disappointed. Thought I was shopping at a "Faith filled", small business, but they are far from it. Credit card dispute filed and BBB notified. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Orders a birthday present for a friend three weeks out. Still hasn't shipped and had to buy something else. No cancellations and if you want a tracking number, make sure to pay for the shipping! Really bad customer service. I like supporting vets but that does not mean I don't expect some kind of accountability.
I want to take this opportunity to thank oneclick visas for their expert services. My application first run through and audited with few remarks by Shruti ji. Then I got my job assistance too with the help of Ankur sir. I am so happy with the overall experience!
The fabric is sheer and the thread is already coming out of the hems. The sizing is poor. Looks incredibly cheap. This will not be a long lasting wardrobe item.
So I thought I would order from this company because it's new to me. All things started off well and I was emailed from someone in the company. Once I started asking questions they became a little sarcastic with their answers. It was more than a week before my shirt was even going into production and at that point I wanted to cancel and was told I cannot and I cannot get a refund. This did not make sense as it hadn't even gone into Production as of yet. I am very disappointed with this company. I will not ever do business with them due to this. And I will write another review once I get my shirt and let you know what I think of it. I'm sorry to say I'm very disappointed in this company and they have lost my business which is unfortunate

I ordered a shirt and a mask. It took quite a while to get them, but when I did, I was happy. However, the stitches on the hem of the shirt are unravelling after one wash and line dry. I contacted the company and this was their reply: "We have a very scrutinous quality control department that checks all orders 3 times before the products are shipped, and they would never allow a product to leave our facility in that condition. Unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges/ returns on products that have been washed."
It seems their "scrutinous quality control department" missed one. Will not purchase from this company again.
I ordered merchandise for my husbands 50th birthday. I never received any communication so 3 weeks after his birthday I contacted them to cancel the order. I got some story they were small and could not cancel orders. 4 - 5 weeks after this I get an email that stated my material delivered. AGAIN, I never received anything. I disputed the charge on my credit card and answered them back stating I never received it. They again went after my credit card and the charges are once again on my card. They state they are a Christian organization but something is very fishy here - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Answer: Thank you for your inquiry, all orders take up to 7-10 business days to be made, since we make all the print on the clothing custom to order by hand. During the holiday season or major holidays, it may take a few days longer. Quality control and shipping then takes 3-7 days. As soon as your order finishes in production we will send you an email saying that it is heading to quality control and then another email when it has shipped.
