I placed an order back in September 1,2022 and to date, I still have not received the items I ordered, which were intended for a gift for my christian sister. I decided to give this company a try because I agree with their concept of expression of our faith through the wearing of clothing or jewelry. I am very disappointed in the lack of response. You can't really speak to anyone. You can only email customer service and then they take days after the email to respond. I sent them an email on 10/5/22 to find out what the status of my order was and I received a response on 10/6/22. The person who responded informed me that she/he had instructed the shipping department to prioritize my order. Said they were currently working on the pending orders. On 10/21, I decided I have had enough and have waited enough and asked them to return my money if they cannot fulfill my order. By I received an email again from customer service with instructions that they do not grant refunds and basically I am stuck until they decide to mail these items to me with no recourse. I regret ordering from this place.

Look at true reviews, do not give these pieces of %#%&&$^ money! They are Terrible!

I placed an order in August... still waiting. I get pat answers that they are working on it... same response on email every time... supposedly they are "backed up"? But it does NOT stop them from sending me adds for me to order more stuff. Buyer beware, don't order from this company they are not reputable and their customer support is vacant.

I won't go into long crazy detail but let's just say it took over 4 months for me to get a Mother's Day order. The owner of the store refused to give me a refund so I could go elsewhere and offered a store credit instead. Why would I want a store credit when I was still waiting for my first item and I live out of state. I never got a status about my order unless I reached out and it was always the same excuse about their neighbors store catching on fire. I will never, ever order from them again and I have spread the word to my friends and family. If you don't mind waiting 4 months for your order and dealing with awful customer service then this is the right store. I'm not one to leave reviews but I am very very disappointed in this place. Not the results I was expecting at all. Plus, my ring is not the right size but I don't even want to deal with returning it and waiting for another ring. I'll just give it to someone as a gift.

Buyer beware! They call themselves a Christian company yet it's been well over 2 months and I have not received a simple T-shirt I ordered. Eventually I'd had enough and asked for a refund, upon which someone (named Feb) promptly told me that they "do not issue refunds" as they "order everything by hand". I would completely understand this if I in fact received something from them, but I didn't. This is theft, plain and simple. Firstly I don't even get an update or an estimation as to when I can expect my order, but also then get told that they can't give me my money back? I didn't receive the goods purchased! Either refund or send the product, otherwise it's a breach of contract and you need to refund me. End of discussion. Furthermore they have now stopped answering my emails, which is not only rude and bad business but unethical and is starting to feel "scammy". Very disappointed. I will NEVER order there again.

Check out their refund policy- oh wait pretty much NO refunds, I believe they are claiming to be a Christian business to take advantage of those who support this type of business. Had to give one star to leave reviews but honestly I would mark them in the negative star category. They also claim "veterans " business well I'll trust that as far as I trust I'll ever receive the product I paid for.

I ordered 2 T-shirts June 6,2022 and have never received them. Paypal paid the company for them. Every time I contact them, they say are having problems with different things and will be sending out soon. As of today, I still have not received anything. Very frustrating!

Dont send money or you will never get your order. Read other reviews. They us religion and veteran status. This is stolen valor and may their soul be saved.

These folks make one excuse after another for not shipping ordered products. And then they refuse to cancel the order. I have disputed my credit card payment with my credit card company.

They are crooks. Calling themselves Christians is sad.

Well it's been a year now since I send this company money and ordered something. Shortly after cashing my check, which didn't take them long to do, the excuses started. Oh we had a fire, oh we are shorthanded, oh this and oh that. Well a year later no refund or merchandise. What a great Christian based Veteran company. HA HA HA HA

Terrible customer service. I placed an order for 2 items. I received 1 item FOUR MONTHS LATE. I received my second item NINE MONTHS LATE.
I emailed several times for the status of my order and every time I received a generic reply - "We are a small Christian based company and everything is hand made. Please be patient". Four and nine months late is not acceptable, as they did not hand make my stamped Faith necklace. I bought a 40 dollar opal ring and within 3 months an opal fell out. It was never comfortable (I couldn't take it off because my husband bought it for me) because the prongs that hold the opals in place stick up high and are very wide. I scratched myself a lot when I wore it.

I have ordered from this company 4 times. First three orders were fine. I ordered 2 tshirts on May 13th. My money was taken in the amount of $38.60 immediately. And since then, except for me writing to them and receiving auto responses, I have not heard from them! Three months and nothing! I have asked for a refund and nothing! Horrible so-called Christian based company! Note pic with order still "processing" 3 months later!

I wish there were negative numbers to choose from.
I ordered 2 pair of earrings on June 2,2022. It is now August 15,2022. I have emailed them 4 times trying to find out what the status is on my order. Was given the same copied email as others; their neighbor had a fire, Covid, multiple other issues and to please pray for them, this was supposedly from one of the owners named Chris.
The last contact I have had with them has been from a person named Feb who sent me a copy of their no refund/no cancellation policy. So basically they are stealing almost $40 from me! They claim to be a Christian based company.
Yeah I'll pray for you alright…pray that God forgives you for LYING AND STEALING!

ORDERED TWO LARGE ORDERS... RECEIVED NO CONFIRMATION EMAIL... CANNOT GET AHOLD OF THEM... THEY WON'T ANSWER EMAILS OR MESSAGES... JUST CALLED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY... THE FUNDS WERE SURE TAKEN ASAP... ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER... WILL KEEP DISPUTING UNTIL I GET MY ORDER IN FULL... I WOULD RATHER HAVE A REFUND... WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!... BACK TO SOMEONE REPUTABLE!...
NIGHTMARE!

I ordered my items on May 20th for an upcoming trip in mid July. When June hit, I sent a message due to there were no updates on my order.

I was told that there was a fire and they have been impacted by COVID so orders were taking longer. Mind you the fire apparently happened in May and it was to a neighboring suite according to their website and it stated it would only be a few days interruption. I tried to be patient and waited more time. Then in July, I was a week from my trip and it was clear they were not going to send it to me in time, I requested to cancel and refund.

They did not respond so a week later, I sent another request to which they said because the items were custom they could not refund my order. That i understand; however, how can you refuse to cancel an order that has not even been made yet? They never provided any type of expectation. Now we are in August and I still dont have anything that I ordered.

It is frustrating because as a Christian company, I expect more from them. They are holding my money hostage and will not give me my stuff! I told them that I would likely order later when they things calmed down for them in the future but not after this. As far as their refund policy there is no mention of that during the checkout process.

With all of their issues they continue to run sales. Why in the world would you run these sales when you can't even fill the orders that you currently have? Do not order from here.
