I usually would not advise people to stay away from a military/ or religious business. I'm advising people do not purchase unless you have the time and patience to wait on your order. You will not receive when you expect or if you even receive at all. I was guaranteed delivery by Christmas 2022 and still have yet to receive three months after order and taking off my money. I have seen the positive reviews and I'm confused they either are related or they work for the so call religious company. Trust me read the reviews before your purchase and believe me it's not worth the aggravation dealing with the excuses.

I ordered and shirt December 5. Today it is February 7 and my order has not been shipped. I have emailed them 3 times and called 3 times. They reply by email saying they are sorry and will check but still no answer. One phone had too many messages so mailbox was full. The other two voicemails I left have produced no results. I do not like to give a Christian company a bad review but I'm getting frustrated.

I'm not sure these people are actually Christian. They ignore emails, have not sent my order from before Christmas. It's now February. They were sending out texts to order for Christmas the day before Christmas knowing they were not going to have orders sent. I have repeatedly asked for my order or refund and they ignore me. I will be reporting them to my bank to get my $100 back and never order from this company again.

This company is awful. Most companies charge the customer card when an item ships. Not this company. Items I ordered and paid for in mid December are still in quality control 6 weeks later. I don't believe they intend to fulfill these orders. They will take your money but they are not going to ship the orders. They have spammed me almost daily with ads and discounts but also tell me they are experiencing delays. If they are this far behind with orders, why do they continue taking orders? It's simple. They are collecting as much money as possible with the hope that most people will just give up and forget about. I paid them over $50 in two orders for merchandise I never received. I have filed a claim with BBB and disputed the charge with my credit card company. They need to be held accountable. They are essentially stealing. As a Christian, the fact that they add God Bless to every email is offensive to me. Don't say "God Bless" while you are blatantly stealing from people. Disgusting.

I ordered shirts only 6 months ago and have yet to receive anything. They have not reached out one time. I have reached out and keep getting excuses and the run around. SCAM company. They won't give refund and I have yet to receive anything! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I placed my order 1/28/23... received 4/29/23... for being veteran owned "Christian" company, this company does not cut it... Tried calling BOTH phone numbers "mailboxes are full", emails go unanswered, and when someone DOES answer, it's more excuses, and scripture that they do not live by... am very sad I ever saw this sight, and do not know WHERE they get any 5 star reviews, it's really more like the Trustpilot 2.1, or BBB 1.3... I'd give them a minus rating if it were available...

I ordered 2 rings at the beginning of November. I got a confirmation email with no order number. It was the end of December 2022 and they still hadn't arrived and i had no way to track it. Called and emailed them with no réponse. Finally, i put in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. That got their attention. They emailed me and said their warehouse had a fire and they were working on getting the orders shipped out. Still no order number which was a huge red flag for me. Finally in January a package arrived and it was the rings i ordered. The opal ring is very hard inside and is not comfortable to wear for long periods of time. I wouldnt dare send it back for a refund their customer service is atrocious. I will never buy from this company again. I don't trust them. There are plenty of other companies like christianbook.com that dont do business this way.

Update 12 months later. Still no product, and this company will not cancel my order & refund my Money,

I have been waiting 15 months & still get the runaround. This company is a joke. Old review: I have been waiting on an order for almost 6 months. Every month they say we are catching up, but always get the same response. I tried to cancel my order since it is not even in production, and this company says no cancellations even though I have been waiting 6 months. Not a very Christian Company when they do not take care of their customers. I would have given "0" stars but you have to select a minimum of 1.

Scam, scam, scam! They take your money but don't send merchandise. Phone mailbox full. Auto-generated email response.

Go with another website. Sorry friendly faith friends but you can't even get a simple necklace to me within 4 months. They just tell you "hey we are working on it!" Are you tho? Then just send me my damn order than I paid for.

So they don't send you what you paid for and won't refund it either.

I'm worried I was Scammed. They already have my money. I'm still waiting on my order for 3 mons now. If i still got them I would go back and fix my review. I'm sure now that they won't be here in time for Christmas. Very sad they can't produce...

They charge your CC the day you place your order. Website says 7-10 days to print and 3-7 days for shipping. I ordered 2 Christmas themed shirts in anticipation of wearing in month f December. Who wants to wear a Nativity Scene in January? I requested a cancellation and a full refund. When they FINALLY answered my email, refused refund. Still have not received product. Read the reviews on the "Christian Company " before you order. DONT DO IT!

I don't know where to begin. This is a Christian website, and you expect a Christian business to go over and beyond in meeting your expectations. I ordered 2 going on 3 months ago and still haven't received my items. There will be NO CHRISTMAS presents in this household because of how ridiculously late my items are. Get it together people! You kinda represent Christ when you declare yourself Christian. You are doing a HORRIBLE JOB!

I place an order for a necklace and a ring June 30, they processed payment immediately. I is now Dec 18 and still no product after MULTIPLE emails asking about shipment, with a response of please be patient, we have been short staffed and other similar responses. These were to be gifts…and no refunds….I continue to get ads in my email and texts …. If they are behind in orders why are they advertising more product. It's almost 6 months and nothing but frustration. 1 star is being generous here…

BUYER BEWARE. My 1st order was great, my 2nd order took 5 weeks to get but items were great so I placed my 3rd order on 12/6/2022 & it is still MIA. I have reached out 4 times by email & today I tried calling, no answer, left a message@ 11:14 am & still no return call from them. They have my money and I don't have my merchandise. Three weeks after my 2nd order had not been received, I ask to cancel & they told me that they don't do refunds. So shame on me for placing another order & extending them grace.

This company doesn't deliver when it promises,they don't provide order confirmation or status, they do not reply to emails, and if they do, they don't address the questions. They don't pick up the phone and don't return call if if voice message is left. Their delivery is delayed and poorly packaged, they don't cancel orders and don't want to return the money even when they're not meeting their side of the transaction, and their products are not good quality at all. They deceive customers and they should not be allowed to do business anymore.

I ordered something 7 September and still have not received it. I keep getting fobbed off by excuse after excuse and they refuse to refund any money. There are loads of people in the same boat. Thieves.

Ordered a ring in October. It still hasn't shipped. Tried emailing them. Got a generic response. Tried emailing requesting refund. Got same generic reaponse.

75 plus days and my order is still not filled. Has cited being Christian, yet do not know of any Christians who would conduct business this way. Will not cancel or refund my order either.

Has cited COVID, then a fire for reasons they can't fill my order.

Gives Christians and veterans a horrible name. Be and act who you say you are.

I purchased a couple of items a few months ago at
www.AllThingsByFaith.com. I ordered a Christian Necklace and a Christian Face Mask. I paid for the total order assuming that I was purchasing from an Honest, Christian Company, however "All Things By Faith is apparently Neither ". When I did not receive my orders, I tried calling every number they list, including someone claiming to be one of the owners in Irvine,CA! It has been impossible to reach anyone by phone or email? This Business uses the name of Jesus, while committing what appears to be Blatant Fraud! They just kept my money and I guess Never had any Intentions of mailing me the items I paid for! They continue to have the AUDACITY to text me and email me regarding ORDERING MORE ITEMS? The only reason I have not YET unsubscribed this business, is I was kind of hoping that I'd get some new information, to help me reach a "REAL PERSON" at "ALL THINGS BY FAITH. Com, but I haven't been able to. This just proves that everyone who is claiming to be a Christian is NOT! This company takes hard earned money and basically in my opinion is a "Big Rip Off Company"! I am going to report them to them them to the Fraud division at my bank as this was Fraudulent Activity, and to the BBB plus the Fraud Division at the ftc.gov.
PS I am disabled and almost 79 years old, and I am not tech savvy at all, I don't know how to upload photos and proof of purchase?
