Without going into a lot of detail, I can tell you that the pharmacy here is awesome. The people that work here actually care about the animals. When I needed an RX expedited they stayed open late getting the RX from my vet and getting it out to me, which probably saved my cats life. No one else would help me. I recommend them and use them for all my pet needs.
Website was easy to navigate. They contacted my vet for my dog's prescription in a very timely manner and I received the meds quickly.
I order my dog's heart medication on this site and was always very pleased with the quick delivery and the price was the best I could find. BUT this month, besides the price increase--it was out of stock causing me to have to find another vendor.

Service - terrible coordination of prescriptions, causing initial delays
Premature re-orders - their system defaults to sending meds way more frequently than you need. Because they want to load you up and bill you, before you realize how much they're overcharging.
Crazy to be their customer!

Allivet made getting our k9 prescriptions very easy, as they contacted the vet for us. Prices are always cheaper or about the same as others.

The site is very user friendly, they make things easy, and they ship fast! Buying almost anything for your pet can cost and arm and a leg but in Allivet's website you find pretty much anything cheaper than you would anywhere else

My dog is old and needs many different things after every time I take her to the vet.
