I ordered this supplement in December and had no problem. I ordered again on January 2nd 2019. It was not even sent to fedex until the 8th, I was never notified about anything being out of stock. I called and was told I would get a refund and the product would be here on the 15th, which was yesterday. Still no product, I call and I am told it has not even shipped. My horse has now been out of this product for 5 days. Save yourself the headache and do not use this company.

I paid for 2 day shipping on an item it will not show up until five or six days later. I called and asked why the item did not show up today and was told that the pharmacist did not get to it in time on Friday so it did not get filled until Monday. Would have been nice to know that this was going to happen and I would have gone another way. I will now need to go get this item from the vet and pay much much more because I need it before Wednesday.
All I got from the lady on the phone was her saying sorry over and over again.
Great items and prices but never try and get your items fast it will not work out for you.

I have used Allivet for several years, but recently placed an order over the holidays, and did not allot enough time for shipping since my orders always came much quicker than estimated. I was out of the prescription and the shipment seemed to be delayed, so I called support. The rep immediately reshipped the order overnight at no charge! Incredible service, especially considering that it was my own fault for not planning better. Highly recommend Allivet and their prices are extremely competitive.

Was getting heart medication for my dog from this site. Signed up for autoship and all was ok for the first few months. Then I got a notification they were out of the medication I needed. That was good. I appreciated the heads up. I called in and they told me they didn't have an ETA on when to expect it but I'd be notified when the medication was back in stock. I found some meds from my vet in the interim to get me through. Later that month I did get an email alerting me the meds were back in stock, and then received another notification a few weeks after that telling me my autoship order would go out as scheduled on 1/2/19. Now its January 9th. No sign of my dog's meds. I call in and they tell me they ran out of the medication again before my order was able to be shipped. So why send me an email saying my autoship was confirmed in the first place? And if you did run out of the meds again why wouldn't you alert like you did initially? God forbid this was a life or death situation for my pet.

Quick shipping, good price. Would shop her again in the future. I have shopped at other online pet med retailers and I'm most motivated by price.
