When I ordered the wrong dose, Allivet was very helpful in quickly sending a new order. I have a dog who is on several meds, so a quick response was necessary so there wouldn't be a break in her meds. They sent the new one by next day delivery

I recently purchased a Seresto flea collar and they were very helpful with the shipment. I also do autoship with them for a prescription for my horse and I appreciate them always trying to make it easier for me. There prices are fair and I really appreciate that.

Autoship is where it's at! I don't have to remember when to order my pets prescription medication anymore. They send me and email when it's shipping and even get in contact with my vet if they need authorization again. Then they give me a discount just for using autoship and making my life easier.
