Horrible! Ordered and paid and was debited immediately! Waited 7 days and called when the order never arrived. Took 5 tries to get a human on the phone who kept repeating that it was delivered already. Asked for a manager, waited on hold for 20 minutes for "Anna" to tell me it was delivered! I said I either need my $75 back or I need my order and she said there was nothing they could do! Had to report this fraud to my bank! BEWARE it's a scam! Take your money and ship somewhere with no delivery address or signature! Shame on them! Plenty of reputable companies to choose from with actual customer service!

Super user friendly site, easily navigated. Compared to other internet sites for pet meds both prescription and non prescription the prices are cheaper! Cheaper than the big box online pet med sites.One item I purchased the Hi Vite was $30 at our vet. Only $7.99 per bottle on Allivet! With free shipping. New customer and with 3 dogs I will be a returning customer!

Very rude customer service people and supervisor, were young, rude little girls with big attitude except one named Claudia which was very sweet but the call got disconnected. The site is no longer easy to navigate and does not prompt to order things that go together. Will not order from them again and I order often.

We have tried contacting you regarding this issue but have received no response. The order number you have provided ("000") does not exist. As you can see below, we usually get great feedback regarding our customer service. We are surprised and concerned to hear you had a bad experience, but we do not quite understand what that experience was.
As for the website, we understand change is difficult for some people. We have kept the categories the same so that navigation would not be affected. Underneath each product you can see "Other Users Also Bought" which will prompt you to order things that may go well together with what you are ordering.
They are very prompt and easy to order from. Also, the price is great. Thanks for the service.

Very easy to use. Would like to be able to list things like Whipworm, heart worm, fleas etc and have site give me list of products that control those things. Also had to keep listing "whipworm dog" in search after looking at each individual product. Again, it would be better if all product suggestions would stay available to search rather than having to search after every product. Would be nice if I could compare products.

Allivet is my go to mail order provider for cat & dog flea, tick, heart worm medications. Also quick service. They contact my Vet and OKs are obtained for my preferred product, which is Revolution. I find it works best for my pets and is easy to apply. On-line ordering is quick and easy and a few days later it's in my mail box. How convenient is that?
