Allivet was one of only a few online pet pharmacies that carried all the medications I needed for my dog. They also happened to be the least expensive. Three orders later and I am very pleased that I chose to order from them.

I ordered some meds for my dog and the first order went very well. When I ordered again, it took them over a week to ship my order - even though I was calling and emailing to try to get it resolved. It awful for a business to take that long to ship an order - especially with it being medication. I now have to order refills again. I hope this time it is better.

See above. Very cute competitive prices on rx meds, but processing time is very slow, and this has caused issues at times given time-sensitive nature of being able to get the rx to my pet. CS is spotty.

I am really frustrated that you charged me $63 and tantalized me with 5% off if I signed up for auto ship. BUT that's not until I auto ship sends the next one! Now I find today, just a few days later your price dropped to $59. Why didn't you give me that price a few days ago!

They have fair prices but shipping could be faster. About 10% of my order of chewable pills are severely broken.

So far, I havent had any issues with them. The app does not work, but logging into the website has been easy.
