AliExpress Reviews Summary

The overall reputation of the company reflects significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to pervasive issues with order fulfillment, delayed deliveries, and inadequate customer service. Many customers report difficulties in receiving refunds and resolving disputes, often feeling ignored or misled by the company's support channels. Positive aspects, such as product variety and competitive pricing, are overshadowed by complaints regarding fraudulent sellers and the lack of buyer protection. Lower your expectations!
February 10, 2020

I've been ordering from Aliexpress since 2016. Items from clothes to jewelry to hair weave to shoes. The key is to not have high expectations and know what you're paying for. Most of the stuff on there is cheap $#*!. You get what you pay for! And if you don't like it, don't even bother returning it. Just dispute the charges with your bank. I don't have to do this often but the few times that I did, I always got my money back through my bank. Most of the vendors that I buy from have a good communication and others don't. It really can be a hit or miss. Their sizing is really off however the sizing in China is completely different than saving in the US so of course there may be some differences Which is why I always order a size up or two. But overall it is really an amazing site. It really cuts out of the middleman for a lot of items that I like to buy.

Aliexpress not care customers. They protect scammer sellers.
NOT REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Chat person they can't do.
They only talk, talk. To much wait.
At the and you have to wait another week or two. C
All customer service chat line... same story repeat...
If any problem, Aliexpress judgement process to slow.
Also Dispute teams all the time sellers side, not customer.
Customer allways make mistake.
But seller RIGHT, HONEST, BEST.
Judgement team against to customer.

When the wrong product size arrived I immediately started a return and refund process. I paid to return the product myself and have proof of delivery yet the seller won't refund my money. Aliexpress Customer Service has been worthless in assisting with this process. Buyers Beware!

Correcting an old review
February 2, 2020
Updated review

A few years ago or so, I made a bad review mainly because I was losing a lot of items that do not have tracking numbers. Will, back then I was still kinda new to online shopping thing and it was my fault, I didn't have a personal P. O Box address so I would only go pick up items with a tracking number when I get a notice from my local mail office, the ones without a tracking number will not reach me so I think it's fair to point that out. After having a personal address mostly I had really good experiences, of course, it also depends on the seller. Finally, I wish they could make the connection with customer service easier personally I am not sure how, I think it was easier in the past because I did contact them before.

i just received an email from them saying that i continued to violate the Buyer Protection Program rule and they gave me some examples of the thing i violated such as Claiming an item hasn't been received when it has arrived and opening a case against a seller in order to get a discount or additional goods and services..ok fair Enough but is it my fault that most of their sellers send items with sh*t shipping carriers that gave you a tracking number that stops tracking once your shepment arrive at you countrey like it doesn't say where in you country it just says that it arrived and i just wait for 60 days(the buyer protaction period )and when i still don't get my order i open a dispute as simple as that ! but Apparently they don't want you to ask for your right they just want you to shut up and let the seller to take your money without doing anything and by the way i didn't receive any of the orders that i opened a dispute about and all they have to say about that is that this email is sent automatically and they cant do anything about it and they asked me to sign up with a new account

This company does not use reputable stores and refunds are hard to get and take a very long time. Not one of the clothing items I purchased was worth a crap, and trying to have any kind of direct dialogue with them about their poor business practice is impossible. Please don't buy anything from this online crook

Not anymore. For the same products Amazon or even eBay now have the same prices and Amazon ships much faster. Aliexpress harbours too many junk seller, tolerates too much false advertising from those sellers and have no Customer Service to speak of. Of course you can always open a dispute to right the wrong but the algorithm that judges the matter seems to have always the same answer: send it back at your own expense---that too often exceeds in postage cost the value of the item.

Low prices and too much propaganda are all traps! Then you discover greedy sellers that refuse to return your money, you will suffer until reaching customer care and convince them that the apparel is not working and not you are incapable of configuring it (that what's the seller will allege to waste time)! Lost 200 USD in electronics, but I am fine now as there is no dispute stress. 3 disputes in 5 buys, funny that few dollars buy works but expensive buys of electronics are big headache!

Ordered 2 kids car motors. Got sent the incorrect ones - totally different to what I ordered. Was told I had to pay for return postage and the seller would not reimburse me. I declined, opened a dispute. Then aliexpress found in sellers favour - despite me explaining numerous times that I could not use the motors and they are not the ones I ordered. I appealed the dispute and they rejected my appeal saying the motors still have value and I should have returned them AT MY OWN EXPENSE... WTF! Even though the seller made the mistake. Went onto aliexpress chat to make a complaint - several times - they kept disconnecting the chat when I wanted to make an official complaint regarding this. Where is the complaint's department. SCAM SCAM SCAM. So much for having consumer rights!

So oddly enough even though the email confirmation said the product was delivered on January 3... I received it today, January 14th. So it has been resolved, and it was clearly an issue with lost mail and not the seller.

Dispicable
January 16, 2020

Absolute disgrace. Ordered a cellphone from them, it arrived broken, they ignored all refund requests and simply continued dodging the question.
Documented proof of chat logs, and that it arrived broken, all on vid. Absolutely pathetic. Low quality items. Low quality customer service.

This is just a few of the trash items I have received from AliExpress Sellers.
It is not a matter of IF they will cheat you, its a matter of when.

The Aliexpress Scam: We will promise buyer protection to trick you into trusting us, then we will steal your money when you order. It is an organized corrupt system of separating buyers from their money, and leaving us with no recourse.

The asian sellers in china have been increasingly sending us their seconds, knock-offs, and just plain garbage; Tricking US buyers by using stolen product images (other asian sites such as WOTOBA have entire businesses set up to do this.) The asians in China give the good products to their own citizens and pawn off all of their garbage on sites like Aliexpress & ebay. They will ship you any junk they have on hand, knowing that the price of returning it will exceed the refund of your money.

If you contact the sellers, they will always tell you it was a simple mistake, and send it back at your own cost which will exceed the value of the item.

Paypals "buyer protection" will not cover... anything. Once again: Send it back to china at a minimum shipment cost over $14.00.
You will usually be given a 10 day return limit, far short of the 3 to 6 weeks it takes for things to go to or come from china. So you can pay to ship the junk back if you want, but you will lose that money, too, when that 10 day time limit is exceeded.

Our government needs to step in to end these corrupt entities from continuing to fleece americans, but right now criminal businesses like these are being supported, enabled, and encouraged.

Please help by leaving reviews with your experiences at online watchdog reporting sites. AliExpress, Ebay and others will continue to feed on us like vampires, until enough attention is brought to these scamming crooks and legal action is taken to put an end to it.

Ocena AliExpress
January 10, 2020

Niektóre produkty przychodziły szybko a niektóre długo. Pozdrawiam Alicja

I purchased a pair of gym shoes when they arrived they had the right size in the shoe but where two sizes smaller.
I believe they were mislabeled. AliExpress would not help me in anyway by accepting a return and refunding my money. I will never buy from AliExpress again.

I am a Platinum member of Aliexpress and have been shopping on the site for several years. I have seen the site go from being one of the best online shopping site but regrettably is something else now. Aliexpress is now a healthy mix of good seller and Scammers in the guise of sellers.

* Aliexpress has successfully replaced human customer service with machines. This simply implies that when you have problems with your order you are basically OYO (On Your Own).

*Comestics. You buy a cosmetics say Acne remover and seller either tells you that u need to use 4 bottles of the item or over a couple of months before product is effective. After using the product for a couple of months you realise that you have been sold a bottle water mixed aroma in the name of Acne remover. You can't give a feed back on Aliexpress to warn other buyers bcos the Aliexpress feedback period has elapsed. Its only you that knows the product is a scam while the Scammer (seller) sells to his next victim (buyer).
* Electronics? Then prepare for heart ache.
Of course there is no way you can test an electronic or computer device over the Internet. So when you order and realise the item is crap, you raise dispute. Aliexpress dispute team decides to refund you but then you have to ship back the electronic usually registered. Then you find out that the cost of shipping back and the device is half the cost of the price you paid for the item. The best you can get is loosing half of the money u paid. But that's not all, Seller can get the device and refuse to refund you. That case aliexpress would only compensate you with vouchers. Say you paid $300 for a tablet, pay another $70 to courier it back to ClSeller in China (you have to use courier bcos u won't want the item to get lost). Total spending is $375 and all you get is Aliexpress vouchers with attached conditions on how u can use the voucher.

The sorry experience on Aliexpress is endless. Just be in for a heart ache.
