Seller DT Royvshg Store: Stay away! Do not order from them. Ordered a 4 g Smartwatch which did not work. Returned to address they provided and they say they have no watch so I am out #140.00. They will not answer my emails since I asked them to help me find it. Pay more and use a reputable site where you can safely return an item to be repaired. No customer service so you are out the money.

Scammer. Ordered a part for my vehicle that they advertised as fitting the exact model. There is no way it would fit and I sent them proof that it could not fit in that model vehicle. The proof came from their own website pictures but they still denied my claim and refused to refund my money. Don't believe their refund policy because they will absolutely deny your claim even when you provide picture proof.

No Accountability

I ordered an item 3 months ago and still have not received it. I raised a dispute which the dispute team has since closed saying that the item has been delivered to the local post office in my location. The post office claims that they haven't received the item.

As far as I am concerned, I have paid for an item which I still haven't received. And I shouldn't have to keep following this up.

It is the responsibility of AliExpress to check what has happened and fix this.

But they just seem to have conveniently washed their hands off, putting the ball in my court. COMPLETELY UNFAIR!

Never shall I EVER shop from Ali Express. These are the type of experiences that collectively give China a bad name!

I used a coupon AliExpress provided and bought multiple Christmas gift for my family. AliExpress closed all the orders and refused to provide a reason after I posted the screenshot and proved I used their coupon account to the conditions. When I tried to talk to an agent, they simple disconnect the chat to avoid answering questions. I still see no refund, I spent about 150 dollars, do not trust this app!

Horrible Business

I had an overall horrible experience ordering from this site.
- Some items on my order never came, the items on the order disappeared from the online order and I never received any notifications that they decided to cancel the order!
- I received several damaged items, and only a couple vendors refunded damaged items.
- I don't recommend ordering any child clothing because the quality of fabric was poor.
- A few vendors charged me shipping that was not made known at the time of the order and they were in no way available to sort this out. I even complained to the better business bureau and apparently they are above that.
- Their online return system is a mascarade, and there is no phone contact possible.
I will never order from this site again, buyer beware, no accountability and no consistency. I feel robbed and the stress was definitely not wort it.

I ordered 4 key holders each for 3 $ dollar, although I ordered it one week before the end of November.
I kept contact with the supplier company and they flattered me that the products will come but not.
I ordered it for Hungary, a lady's bag was received, but these were not.
My Christmas Feelings went away as I did not get for the parts of the family my little presents.
I will not order once more from here. Do my orders mean nothing for you, everybody get what he or she orders in time, but I was left without Christmas presents.
I wish to you ALI Express so sad Christmas what I felt today without the products.

Spam avoid it

I am leaving AliExpress for good now because this site have now went from good to useless and worst. Recently I purchased a product, to be delivered from Spain. The product never come even after 2 months. The seller doesn't feel responsible and gives fake answer.

Seller says Sent with economy shipment- Fake, the shipment tracking is never updated.

The dispute is not handled fairly by AliExpress and there is stupid bot when trying to contact them. It is impossible to contact AliExpress now. Why would we buy from Spam, who can't be contacted.

My money is lost with nothing delivered. So I recommend everyone to avoid this spam.

I ordered a refurbished Iphone 6s from Aliexpress.
The package arrived in my mailbox, and the horror when I opened my locked box the package had been opened by I do not know who and the iPhone was no longer in the package.
Aliexpress refuses to reimburse me and tells me to make do with the post office.
I do not recommend ordering expensive items from Aliexpress because in the event of a problem, this merchant completely accepts no responsibility.

Scammed

I have just deactivated my account after many years of ordering from you. Got scammed this year out of a lot of money. Fake packages sending it to wrong address saying its my fault when they clearly had the correct address. No refunds. Ali was wonderful years ago but it has turned into a scam. I used to sing your praises but now I am telling everyone I know not to order from you anymore. I order over 700 products from you over the years. But this year when I have ordered I didnt receive my package lost over a hundred dollars. Not fair and customer service was not helpful and was rude. I tried to be nice but you just dont care about your customers anymore and its sad. Their are other sites that are better and thats where I will be doing my shopping for now on..

I placed an order for a Beelink GT-King Android Box from the Home Trends Store on Aliexpress, date Nov 11,2019 (Order No: Order No: **************). The seller gave me a fake tracking number that never showed any updates, and refused my request to cancel. Eventually I was forced to raise a dispute with Aliexpress, but Aliexpress decided I need to wait and eventually their tracking system, SHOCKINGLY, claimed I had received the product on December 12,2019.
Home Trends, who have received 44 complaints in the past month, never responded to my dispute, and instead asked me to accept that I had received the order. They look to be complete frauds.
But unfortunately, Aliexpress keeps rejecting my dispute. They have failed to ask Home Trends for any proof or evidence of shipment to my address/name or delivery. They have even gone ahead and released the payment!
I am shocked! I raised a second dispute, but Aliexpress rejected it again.
This is fraud! I paid US$126.18.

Bei Anfragen bekommen sie lediglich die Antwort '" warten"" bis das Lieferdatum erreicht ist. Auf Anfrage beim Verkäufer erhalte sie die gleiche Antwort und wollen Bilder und Video was in den meisten Fällen nicht möglich ist da nicht jeder über das erforderliche Zubehör verfügt.

A friend recommended me this app, and I tried to buy. After purchasing 128 Gb memory about 9usd, and was notified of payment. But when I checked the order, it was closed. I cannot contact customer care, because they do not have that service. This is a perfect scam. I will tell my friends about AliExpress, and never buy any of the above

Poor Customer Service

Avoid using AliExpress due to following reasons:
1. Description of item doesn't show details and you may receive something that is entirely different to what you perceived
2. Delivery timeline is never declared and it may take months to receive items
3. Poor Return Policy. You can go into dispute but mostly it doesn't work as they will ask you to return the item at your cost which will end up more than what you paid.

Complaints: 30 day shipping times, tough return shipping policy.
Example: I ordered a $40 product, received the wrong item, $20 to return (shipping). Seller offered a refund $20 so I kept an item I didn't want.

I bought bicycle cranks for $147 from Aliexpress supplier CHIYAMAOYI Store. They have a 100% money back satisfaction guarantee. The part did not fit. They ask for a photo as proof so I provided one. Then they asked for a video, so I provided one. Still no refund.

I want to contact an Aliexpress agent, because I have problems with a return of a defective camera.
The seller has to return the amount of the order, but he wants me to assume the return costs.
I do not want to pay the return costs because when sending a defective camera, it is your responsibility to bear the costs.

Si no quiere pagar los gastos de devolución, que me devuelva el dinero y no devuelvo el producto.
Me ha sido imposible contactar con un agente, y se acaba el tiempo para devolver la camara...

It is all good but there are little things that they have to do It better., for example the time that sellers need to shipping the items.And the most important things is when there some problem with the operation, in this cases the buyer Lost a lot of time.
