Seller DT Royvshg Store: Stay away! Do not order from them. Ordered a 4 g Smartwatch which did not work. Returned to address they provided and they say they have no watch so I am out #140.00. They will not answer my emails since I asked them to help me find it. Pay more and use a reputable site where you can safely return an item to be repaired. No customer service so you are out the money.
Scammer. Ordered a part for my vehicle that they advertised as fitting the exact model. There is no way it would fit and I sent them proof that it could not fit in that model vehicle. The proof came from their own website pictures but they still denied my claim and refused to refund my money. Don't believe their refund policy because they will absolutely deny your claim even when you provide picture proof.
I ordered an item 3 months ago and still have not received it. I raised a dispute which the dispute team has since closed saying that the item has been delivered to the local post office in my location. The post office claims that they haven't received the item.
As far as I am concerned, I have paid for an item which I still haven't received. And I shouldn't have to keep following this up.
It is the responsibility of AliExpress to check what has happened and fix this.

I used a coupon AliExpress provided and bought multiple Christmas gift for my family. AliExpress closed all the orders and refused to provide a reason after I posted the screenshot and proved I used their coupon account to the conditions. When I tried to talk to an agent, they simple disconnect the chat to avoid answering questions. I still see no refund, I spent about 150 dollars, do not trust this app!
I had an overall horrible experience ordering from this site.
- Some items on my order never came, the items on the order disappeared from the online order and I never received any notifications that they decided to cancel the order!
- I received several damaged items, and only a couple vendors refunded damaged items.
- I don't recommend ordering any child clothing because the quality of fabric was poor.
- A few vendors charged me shipping that was not made known at the time of the order and they were in no way available to sort this out. I even complained to the better business bureau and apparently they are above that.
- Their online return system is a mascarade, and there is no phone contact possible.
I will never order from this site again, buyer beware, no accountability and no consistency. I feel robbed and the stress was definitely not wort it.

The dispute is not handled fairly by AliExpress and there is stupid bot when trying to contact them. It is impossible to contact AliExpress now. Why would we buy from Spam, who can't be contacted.
My money is lost with nothing delivered. So I recommend everyone to avoid this spam.

I placed an order for a Beelink GT-King Android Box from the Home Trends Store on Aliexpress, date Nov 11,2019 (Order No: Order No: **************). The seller gave me a fake tracking number that never showed any updates, and refused my request to cancel. Eventually I was forced to raise a dispute with Aliexpress, but Aliexpress decided I need to wait and eventually their tracking system, SHOCKINGLY, claimed I had received the product on December 12,2019.
Home Trends, who have received 44 complaints in the past month, never responded to my dispute, and instead asked me to accept that I had received the order. They look to be complete frauds.
But unfortunately, Aliexpress keeps rejecting my dispute. They have failed to ask Home Trends for any proof or evidence of shipment to my address/name or delivery. They have even gone ahead and released the payment!
I am shocked! I raised a second dispute, but Aliexpress rejected it again.

1. Description of item doesn't show details and you may receive something that is entirely different to what you perceived
2. Delivery timeline is never declared and it may take months to receive items
3. Poor Return Policy. You can go into dispute but mostly it doesn't work as they will ask you to return the item at your cost which will end up more than what you paid.
Complaints: 30 day shipping times, tough return shipping policy.
