I've ordered something over three months ago never received item or a refund. I should have checked their reviews before I ordered. Please do not waste your money. I'm reporting them immediately. I feel so bad for the people they have scammed out of hundreds of dollars or any amount of money
After waiting months for my order and eventually opening a dispute, my dispute was denied because according to them "I did receive my item". My appeal was denied and no refund. I have phoned all my local post offices and this parcel was nowhere to be found. This was my first time ordering from AliExpress and I so regret ever doing it. I will NEVER EVER buy from their site again. They have much to learn from sites as Wish and Banggood with regards to customer care and protection. Shame on you for stealing my money!
I bought an item on the website believing in their "Buyer Protection" program -- guaranteeing a full refund. When the items was not delivered within the 30 days, I requested a refund. Rather than a refund, the company extended the delivery date and has since edited the delivery date several times. It has been 60 days and still no sign of the item nor refund.
I do not recommend purchasing from Aliexpress.:
1. I have ordered clothing items that were so cheaply made, I could not wear them. Here is what you have to go through when you have been sent poor quality items: You have to open a dispute; it is up to you to now take a picture, send in a complaint. It is a complete hassle and not worth it as you can be sure, as the experience of purchasing from Aliexpress has taught me, most of the items you order are thin material and not as the picture shows on the model.
2. Recently, Aliexpress has changed the way it confirms whether items have been delivered. Prior to the recent change, when an item 'purchase protection' ran out, Aliexpress would send notification. Generally you would have 2 weeks to file a dispute. NOW, they alert you 'Times Up' and in my case, told me it was up to me to go to the Post Office to find out where your Order is. That's brazen
Here is the Aliexpress' current idea of Customer Service: 'Please pay more attention to the tracking information. If the package arrive at the delivery office, please contact post office to pick up in time. Buyer should be responsible for any consequences of failure to collect items in time.' This is copy/pasted directly from the last dispute I opened because and AGAIN items did not arrive, 6 in total.
3. The length of time Aliexpress allows for delivery of items has changed from 6 weeks to 3 MONTHS. How ridiculous is that? And according to Aliexpress, after 3 months of failure to delivery the order, it is the International Customers issue, not theirs.
My opinion and best advise: Don't buy from this company. They simply do not deserve the trust of International Customers, their money or their orders for their crappy products. I now order from Amazon. Amazon takes customer service very seriously, they do not tolerate merchants who either do not deliver or fail to deliver in an appropriate. I have had two experiences where an International order did not show up, notified Amazon, refund provided.
A site made up almost exclusively of scammers. They closed their customer service. It is impossible to communicate with a human. They have all been replaced by the Eva robot which aims to not answer your questions, to discourage you so that you cannot get your money. If you want to waste your time and money, this is the perfect place!
I haven't received items I ordered 2 months ago. Seller refused refund and Aliexpress hasn't done anything to solve the issue.
I placed 3 orders on April 7. Later got emails: "Good news your order was shipped" for each of this orders. They expected arrive up to May 7. Never get one. Tried to open disputes, but web site does not allow to do this showing message that I have to wait. After this I again start getting messages "Good news your order was shipped"! Than got another email "Bad news your order period expired. You may submit a dispute"! But I could not submit is NOT received order. And finally got email again "Good news your order was shipped" and other email "Byers protection extended to Aug 7". This is complete mess on this site. NEVER USE IT! I did not have any issues on other Chinese sites Wish.com or Banggood.com, but Aliexpress is complete JUNK.
I ordered from Aliexpress and the delivery date changes all the time. I ordered a couple months ago and when I ordered it showed that my order is coming soon when it still hasn't come yet and it now shows to wait another month. I don't recommend ordering from here. Although it is cheap.
I ordered a Thermos cap. They sent me several up-date emails about my order - over a 3 month period - in THREE DIFFERENT LANGUAGES! They charged me twice. Finally I receive an up-date email (in Spanish) stating: "Bad news about the order. The order confirmation period has expired." When they offered that I enter my dispute, I could only select AliExpress options on the website, so I was forced to choose the option "product did not arrive", which had nothing to do with my dispute. I never received the Thermos cap and until now I only have half of my money back. Thumbs Down!
I ordered from 2 different sellers. Both shops estimated that my order would arrive in 12-22 days. I'm assuming that's business days. I'm okay with that. I ordered on May 5th; it's now June 5th and both orders have not even left China yet. I'd rather pay an extra few dollars for faster shipping. I don't expect to get my orders until July, if ever. I will never order from AliExpress or any sellers that are drop shipping from China for that matter.
Imagine item not receive and been waiting 100 days and the tracking also confirm item not receive then aliexpress support they close the case and i get zero refund that why they dont use paypal because they are scammer 100%

I have been buying products from AliExpress for years and if I can add as a reseller I buy from other sites as well
The facts are -
-Sellers have descriptions/images of a product then send you something else. (The Chinese or whoever seem to have a different approach to advertising products they sell)
-Products you buy on Ali Express might be cheaper than elsewhere (e. G local) BUT warranty does Not exist!
- Products you buy might be cheaper than elsewhere BUT Returns, free returns(no such thing) and warranty is irrelevant if the buyer pays all postage fees -if it's return to the seller or /and repost by the seller.
-Products you buy might be cheaper than elsewhere BUT it takes depends to what country 1-3 months to receive the product.
-Products you buy might be cheaper than elsewhere (local) BUT you might not receive the purchased item!
-Dispute claim - Not always in the buyers favour even if the buyer is right!

This is the worst website I have ever used. They take your money, the seller doesn't ship your order and fakes the tracking and you won't get a refund for 3 months. I have used this website many times as not all sellers are bad but I won't ever use it again as the are the biggest liars. I have not received about 10 orders now and it's soooooooo hard to get a refund so I have only received 2 refunds.

Ordered from a store called "desert spring" on 4/18/20. It is now 6/5/20 and I have yet to receive my money back or merchandise. Tracking information hasn't even been updated since 5/3/20. Steer clear from this place if you want to avoid losing money! Complete crooks!

Sellers send faulty products and refuse a refund. You have to return faulty goods at own cost. No Live Chat and Buyer Protection is a complete waste of time. If you pay extra to quick delivery this is another con.
Do not order from here. I have waited more than 35 days for my order and I have still not received it. When I went to apply for a refund they said my time was up to apply for it. So I guess I lost my money and I don't get my order, terrible. Also the customer service is terrible and I can't even find a good way to contact them. I DO NOT recommend this website. Answer: No customer service. Some sellers are dishonest. No way to recoup your money for items never sent. Bogus tracking information since no custom number unavailable. Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.

Answer: Do not buy from aliexpress the quality is terrible and lots of sellers never send the items. Also they sell counterfeit designs too which is illegal to purchase.
