I am using AliExpress since a long time but never had any issue. Fast shipping and large number of items to browse and purchase.
I order masks, it goes right to the trash can. Bad quality. Didn't get some items after 3 months and the custemrs service says i got the items. My first and last time here.
They supplied a dress that was completely the wrong colour and style. Contacted seller and found the customer service (or lack of) to be alarmingly. Kept promising refund but refused to pay return postage. Finally after contacting via live chat their head office via Alibaba.com they promised a full refund and no need to return dress as the cost of return was not viable (it probably costs them a couple of dollars to make the dress they sold for nearly $150 AUD). Had to put in another dispute and after again follow up after follow up, no response. Still haven't received a cent back and now I have put in a dispute with the credit card merchant who are investigating the matter. I will never use Ali Express again!
Products vary from seller to seller but all my purchases have been satisfactory so far. They match the description and work well too. Although the shipping process takes some time, they inform you about this when you make the final purchase.
I cannot give even 1 star. Its about 10 days my orders are coming to uk with à wrong address so cannot be deliver. When I try to contact customer service with chat they are all of them almost insulting me. (heve screen shot) They gave the wrong address. Today they blocked me from doing any order or to even contact seller. They send me an email asking me to give them the return tracking number? How? I did not received the order. Post office returned it directly without telling me because they dont have my contact. They dont want to refund me do they took from le about 133 pounds.
All my order will return to sellers and I dont know where is my money. I Just found out that many many People have the same issue on their Facebook page
Have ordered for a long time from Aliexpress. Feel sorry for the good sellers because they are very outnumbered by the bad ones. I know recent times you should be patient because of corona but has been a few months and no sign of anything coming. When u go into tracking nothing comes up. Now three separate parcels are telling me they are completed whereas I have not received them. After I have finished trying to get money back which becomes harder when they are lying and saying you have received said item I am going to delete Aliexpress app. FOREVER. I have a bit more success getting tho us on EBay.

On 2020-03-21, I ordered a tv box X96 +, order #**************, the price was cheap, but I didn't receive my order it tooks more than 2 months and still now I didn't receive my order, I tried to open a dispute, but it wasn't possible, And there is no option to contact the customer service.

Most of the time I do like buying cheap low quality gadgets from Aliexpress. But when something goes wrong they go really wrong, very fast. Then it becomes impossible to talk to Customer Support, and you have to express your entire case over and over again.
Recently I experienced getting an offer from a seller. I accepted the offer and paid for the goods. Unfortunately the seller did regret making the offer and sent the goods to someone else. Probably someone willing to pay more for the goods.
My order at Aliexpress is registered as "delivered". Unfortunately not delivered to my address, but delivered to the customer willing to pay more. Out of the blue they did refund the order, but I did not ask for that. Now I am trying to make them understand that a deal is a deal. I do expect them to deliver as agreed upon.
Be very careful with Aliexpress and do not expect them to respect you as a customer.

I ordered something from Aliexpress on March 21. It is now May 29 and it has not arrived. They took my money immediately, but no package to me. Their tracking system says it is in a "sorting center". It has been in the "sorting center" for over 2 months. It is obvious that this organization takes your money and then promises you that they will deliver at some point in the future until you finally give up. This place is nothing but organized theft. Stay away from them if you value your money.

This site is terrible for dealing with disputes recieved defected item and AliExpress claims my proof wasn't good enough only would refund me if I paid shipping which seems unfair since it's seller fault.
Even delivery policy state 60 days, aliexpress send e-mails with extended time alredy 3rd email which extend by 10 days, no more option to ad my propose, no more any chat support on site just robot... 1/3 year for delivery... jooke
Never, ever again. A package has been at a Chinese post office for 7 weeks and their response to my complaint about delivery is to tell me to contact that post office.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.

Answer: Do not buy from aliexpress the quality is terrible and lots of sellers never send the items. Also they sell counterfeit designs too which is illegal to purchase.
