Ties & tops Store is my provider from aliexpress, I made my order on November 24/2020 and the delivery process was not updated since November 30, so at this time the "very committed seller" said that I have to check with local postal office because my package is here in US but I checked the tracking number that they gave me and usps didn't recognize it, so I tried to contact customer service and it was completely useless, they offered 30 to 50 days to make the delivery...
I ordered 5 items and was separated into two transactions. Used paypal for checkout and my bank credit card charged me 2 cash advance fees and interest. The cost of the items i bought more than doubled. Never again buy from aliexpress. Item was also more than a month shipping.
I have paid for Drone on 25 Nov 2020 Shipping method I have selected was DHL. Seller was change to standerd shipping and until now package was not received. Original DHL shipping time was 9 - 17 days. So I have kept akssking the seller and seller is not responding to any messages other than please wait 10 - 15 days. Because if this I have open the dispute via aliexpress hoping they will help me to get my refund back. As of turn out if the seller reply to dispute within 4 days of open the he can have time 1 and half month again to resolve.
I have provided every evidence to the dispute just buy looking that it can easily identify seller is running a scam.
But unfortunately no support from Aliexpress in order to sort thing out.
I've been using eBay, Wish, Amazon, Daraz like wise lots of online platforms never experienced this kind of neglecting for their customers.
Do not use this Aliexpress they are value there sellers more than the customers.
I will never use this again.

NEVER DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH ALIEXPRESS SELLERS. THEY ARE FULL OF LIES AND DISHONESTY. Aliexpress allows lots of scammers/ fraud sellers to sell on their platform. Creating a mistrust and dishonest e-commerce platform that we have encountered during the busy holiday season.
We are a dropshipping company and we think Aliexprress WOULD PROTECT US but they DID NOT.
We sent hundreds of orders to Aliexpress sellers for fulfillment and they created fake tracking IDS at first, then replaced it with another tracking that seems valid. However, after a while, my customers complained that they never received the product despite the tracking said it already delivered SOMEWHERE.
We opened the dispute but still LOST because their staff are not aware of the wrong delivery address but only see it was delivered somewhere so they MADE THE WRONG JUDGEMENT, THEY did not refund orders are shipped and delivered SOMEWHERE. THEY DID NOT DO ENOUGH TO protect the BIG customers like us. WE LOST THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AND these scammers are still allowed to sell on their platform.
AVOID THIS E-COMMERCE PLATFORM AT ALL COST. DROPSHIP AND FULFILL YOUR ORDER FROM OTHER E-COMMERCE WEBSITES TO AVOID ANY FRUSTRATION.
STAY AWAY FROM ALIEPXRESS.
AliExpress is a tricky website to shop. You get budget friendly versions of some of the expensive, trendy clothing items, but quality, ship time, etc. can all depend on the seller. You HAVE to do your own research for each and every shop you buy from, and also check reviews from other people for quality, sizing, more accurate ship time, and those things. It will take a while to ship no matter what (I think my items took upwards of 2-3 months), because as far as I know, and at least to the United States, it comes cargo. I did get some quality pieces, and I'm overall happy with what I did get, but I spent a long time looking into each "seller" I bought from. I only had issues with one, where I received a dress I didn't order instead of the one I did, and I was refunded and got to keep the other dress, and although I never did end up getting the one I originally ordered, I wasn't out any money and actually got something for free out of it. I do recommend paying with Paypal, as I did, because they will protect your purchases if anything does happen and the seller does give you a hard time. In particular be very careful, or avoid altogether, Be in control Store marketing under Ali Express. My safety face shield arrived with obvious damage due to a manufacturing fault. I missed the narrow window for reporting faults; complained to the store with accompanying photographs and they refuse to accept any responsibility. The best they will do is offer me $1 as "compensation" missing the logic that if they offer compensation they are accepting that there is a problem. Trying to contact Ali Express through their convoluted system is a waste of time, they just refer me back to the store.
Within the Be in control Store reviews another customer has the same offer of "compensation". One star - the goods actually arrived.

I HAD TO CALL THE POST OFFICE MANY TIMES, THEY KEEP SAYING THAT THEY HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE ITEM! THIS MUST A COMMON SCAM SINCE ONE OF THE POST OFFICE EMPLOYEE ASKED ME STRAIGHT AWAY WHETHER THIS IS ALIEXPRESS!

У меня пока что за несколько лет пользования проблем не было, деньги всегда удавалось вернуть, если с товаром обнаруживалась какая-нибудь проблема, или же если он вовсе не пришёл. И, конечно, большое преимущество AliExpress - огромный ассортимент всевозможных вещей на любой вкус, можно найти всяческие детали, запчасти, всё, что угодно.

On Nov 28,2020 I bought some ornamental flowers for my wedding and cars during wedding. My wedding date is December 12,2020, I also fully understand that transport from ALIEXPRESS is very slow, normally if you buy something on ALIEXPRESS the shipping is free, because I was in a hurry, I chose EMS for extra faster transport, total I have Paid 43.34 euros for the transport costs, the seller clearly communicated to me that my package would arrive at my place in 5-10 days, I believed them and then the whole trouble started!
After almost two weeks of waiting I still have not heard from ALIEXPRESS and the status of my parcel still indicates that it is on its way, I contacted the seller and received no response at all and just waiting and waiting for my wedding I have still not received my parcel, ornamental flowers were meant for my wedding and now that my marriage was over I actually don't need these things at all anymore, I was angry and opened "dispute" on ALIEXPRESS, I claimed that I had to pay the costs for the transport want to go back because the seller has not kept their word, ALIEXPRESS customer service showed no interest at all and is not helping at all. On December 20,2020 I opened "dispute" and until December 30 someone from customer service appears, he sent me an Email.

Didn't get my item. Seller sent a fake tracking number from another buyer which sent to different address. I provided traking information from China Post and Canada Post but case worker didn't care. I still loss the case!
I have ordered from these people before although the shipping is long it still got here and the quality of the stacked sweatpants were not that good but eh i still wear it cause why not get my moneys worth. But i jus tried to order this black puffer coat from the store on there called Global Trend store and it say its out of stock and told me to apply for a refund and i did and they sat up here and lied to me and told me that my money has been returned to me and i have talked to 4 customer service agents and they have told me im still in a process and it can take up 3-20 business days which is ridiculous! I need my money asap and if i dont get it. Its going to be a problem!
I was a platinum customer but I suddenly stopped receiving the orders. (probably Covid logistic issues) All my packages were sent back to the seller.

This is one of my favorite shops. On its page, I can everything that I need like a phone cover, phone glass, cosmetics bag, brushes for my face and etc. But my last two purchases come broken. It was really sad. Anyway, I decided not to return the money but order again with the same money. The second time, my purchases come ok.
If you want deal with a company that wouldn't refund your returned items, then go to Aliexpress.com, they have so many weired reasons to reject your request of refund. Their return process and dispute process is so flawed and you never have a chance to talk to a real person. The result: Your items was returned but no refund for that. I wish I could give it 0 star.

Didnt buy from aliexpress i bought a radio for almost 400euros so around 500amerixan dollars. When i recive the radio the radio didnt work so the seller said to send it back so they will tix it or if not fixable send me new one. I did send it back same day and now 4months later I have nothing no radio and they took all my money. No refund no radio no nothing. Aliexpress won't help or do nothing even tho I told th3m about the situation what happend. And they still let this seller SCAMER to sell on their site. ALIEXPRESS DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR COSTUMRS. Item was delivered on Nov 4, but on wrong address in different province. I apply for dispute, Aliexpress postponed the dispute 6 times! Now is Dec 30, I didn't get refund!
