I bought various items from AliExpress, from clothing to accessories. The clothes were mostly quite low quality and they looked very different to the images that the sellers would use. The stainless steels jewellery pieces were surprisingly nice and good quality though.
Shipping is a bit of a nightmare, as the tracking system is often slow and inaccurate and all the items come separately. It took over 30 days for some of the items to arrive.
However, they do stock some interesting items and sometimes the same items you'll find on AliExpress are sold by other brands at a higher price point.
Overall, I wouldn't necessarily recommend buying from here unless you have watched hauls or reviews and know what to expect.
I had ordered something from AliExpress and next day received a request to pay an additional 120 dollars if I want what I had ordered. I said no (I fealt like I was being robbed) and to refund my money. Then I received a message that unit had shipped but I have not received it. Then I received another message stating that I can cancel the order. I guess you cant trust what they are selling and the price that is quoted nor can you trust weather or not something is shopped or not. The tracking number that was given cannot be found on any site.
I haven't received the item. When I raised the dispute Ali express is paying me only 60% of the amount that I have paid. For claiming the amount I have to wait for 90 days after my order and I am very much upset on this. A total of three items I didn't receive.
Save your money, it seems cheap, but the order never shows up. In their dispute, you do not get your money back. I have unfortunately experienced this with several orders. Save your money and buy locally, it's cheaper in the long run.

It's all a big fat lie! They scam you, take your money for damaged items and their "buyer protection" is an automated response from a robot that always sides with the sellers. Sellers are thieves that lie to you, and this rubbish platform not only doesn't care but allows it! Worst online shopping experience. Wanna be safe and protected go either Amazon or eBay. Trustworthy marketplaces.
As always, you get exactly what you pay for. If it seems too good to be true, then it is too good to be true. You won't get an iPhone 12 Pro Max for 150. Just like eBay, AliExpress has good sellers and bad sellers. Like eBay, there are seller ratings and number of sales each seller has made. It's up to you to decide who you will buy from... just like eBay. I choose the seller with high ratings and lots of sales. They are usually the ones who can be trusted to give you the better items. However, with the current aggressive anti-west climate in China, I haven't been buying anything from AliExpress. Why support those who hate you? Just my opinion. Feel free to do what you like.
Product never delivered I lost 60 USA dollars.
They send the message to me " Package is on the way " I was waiting for delivery 3 months.
After complaining they gave me 3 days to prove my case with Canada Post it was weekend.

I know we all want the cheapest prices and I'm guilty of that too. With this site though it really is a total gamble. I've used them a dozen times but been more disappointed than happy. Yes, you can get great bargains, but the things is you can also get disappointing low quality junk that doesn't last 5 minutes of use, and unfortunately that seems to be mostly what you do get. I won't use them again and instead will now make sure I pay for quality that lasts - lesson learned I guess.
I ordered my wig from this store on AliExpress for months now. I am exhausted waiting and begging for my money or the wig. Initially the seller was responding and coercing me to keep waiting indefinitely even after the shipping receipt deadline. He will try to sweet talk me, surly warning me that if I need my refund, I must not leave a negative feedback! This is not the first time AliExpress seller does that, their high ratings are phony. I eventually told seller I will file a dispute, he ran first to go open a dispute (I didn't know that is possible), gave false reasons and claimed I received the order despite knowing that order is still in China from the tracking. He then "finished" the order, refunded me only &4 and blocked me from his private message when I discovered what he did and challenged him. So I can't open a dispute or leave a feedback, can't get any customer service real person to help retrieve my money. I have written so many complaints to the Eva bot which seemed to be for nothing! Beware of some sellers and this AliExpress place, very badly run it's a jungle!
I bought one time and aliexpress separated the charges to 2 separate transaction. I used paypal credit card but it was charged as cash ascance so credit card company charged cash advance fee 2 times and interest. Beware of this site.
Like Amazon, Banggood Aliexpress has a good selection and competitive prices. However when it comes to their dispute process with Sellers the difference is clear. The process is just an electronic process that is aimed at favoring the Seller.
I purchased an AP/repeater that turned up to be faulty as it could not connect to my router (unlike other repeaters I've bought and configured). I sent a photo of the configuration status page showing it failed to connect to the router. The seller responded "0 return and 0 refund", which was seconded and confirmed by Aliexpress. The Seller has a 7 day return policy / 30 d warrant and neither was offered to me. Aliexpress have a 15 day Buyer protection which turned out to be whatever the Seller decides.
Other e-sellers do take back failed products, but Aliexpress and its sellers won't. Stay away or be prepared to carry the loss.
Avoid like the plague. It's very similar to WISH. Best avoided. Don't respond to emails. I bought an instant download and it never arrived. Company claimed they couldn't do anything as I lodged a claim with Paypal despite Paypal asserting that they were awaiting a response from them. If it looks like a duck...
Unfortunately my experience was horrible
I bought more than 24 different items Order them in October 20 I paid for express delivery and have not received half of them. I have open dispute for four orders I've only got them one available reimbursement which is half of what I paid for. And the return process is so complicated. Most sellers didn't even write back. From what I did receive the quality was horrible nothing like the pictures, a complete Lie in description of items. It is Impossible to actually get a hold of someone. So I will never ever buy from them again will stick from now on to Amazon.

I m an experienced buyer on ali express. I m happy as long as i receive what i buy. But this is very hazardous. Dec 2022 i carefully selected a label maker at HoHou Store. It said 10 days delivery guaranteed. I took holidays to be sure i would receive it. After 10 days i receive: wrong address. I wasn't available any more to help the deliver guy. I never received item. I ve sent photo of the "wrong address" to Ali Express. They refuse refund...nice! Alix express is fun...when they deliver!
They promote a 90 day money back guarantee but you have to file a claim and then have to prove that your item is bad, if not installed to said sellers instruction then you voided it. Half of the instruction you have to try and guess what them mean, and most are just pictures to try and interpret it any way. So if yu like taking a chance with product from over sea's where they don't care about customer satisfaction or the product they sell.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store.
