Connector broke inside. On first attempt to connect cable to device the connection broke inside. The cable that was used came with the camera. Seller blamed me for using to much force and using wrong cable before asking what happened or what the problem was.

Because not received back by AliExpress return deadline (even though tracking showing the issue and don't forget they AliExpress quote sellers deliveries may be delayed due to Covid)) - arbitration has decided not to refund. So not only lost the cost of the item but additional shipping cost to return to China...
So be aware - EU rules not followed - do not expect compliance in paying for return of items. Suggestions as follows to avoid my experience with expensive items purchased from EU location (or China)...
- Order through Paypal when using AliExpress and arbitrate through Papal if item is defective (NOT AliExpress - just advise them) as they will pursue the case on the buyers behalf - not the sellers. AliExpress only provides protection if item not received!
- During a dispute - if item bought in the EU and AliExpress seller resolution is to return to China - demand the item be returned where purchased and seller organises return as required under EU regs. DON'T accept...
I missed this till too late - don't get caught...
Ali Express is swindlers, thieves. I have not received anything, and you have taken the money. And I didn't receive anything. I did not find a negative or zero rating, and I only gave you a negative evaluation.

O consumir está completamente desprotegido nesse site de compras. Encomendei enfeites de festa em fevereiro de 2020, nunca chegou e nem fui reembolsada. Em contato com a loja, as respostas são vagas e mentirosas. O responsável pela venda só me respondia que ia chegar, ia chegar, pra q eu tivesse paciência... nunca chegou... Em outubro eu fiz outra compra de dois cestos na empresa Wangluo online story. Paguei por dois cestos e só recebi um. Em contato com a loja, o responsável disse q me daria um desconto na próxima compra!? Oi? Respondi q não queria desconto e sim o meu dinheiro de volta. Nunca mais recebi uma resposta e nunca mais vi o meu dinheiro de volta...! Decepcionante! Já me serviu de lição... AliExpress nunca mais!
I ordered "Super Strong Adhesive Tape Flex Tape..." with an ad which showed a photo of "Flex Tape" as seen on TV. Received a roll of typical mylar tape, NOT "Flex Tape". Placed a dispute with photo of the item received and and as shown in the ad. AliExpress rejected the dispute claiming "There is no brand in the description, and from your picture, we can not see any brand". In short, avoid them. Your money goes out of the country and their goods are fake!
I bought a hard drive cable connector for asus x412 vivobook in store called LIAN JIA LI SHENIZHEN1 GUANGDONG that I pay for $11+ Canadian dollars when I got to checked out I put express shipping for DHL for 7-15 days my total payment become $60+ but when my item arrived at home they are asking me to pay another 26$+ because they told me that my product is not paid, what? As a buyer contesting for a refund and extra cost aliexpress decided in there wisdom i was not entitled to a refund becouse they did not explain to me what i had to do. They asked me for proof and did not say what proof they wanted i assumed they wanted proof of purchase so i sent a picture of the item as i was saying that it was not the same item in the seller's picture i wanted them to compare the item with the picture i sent as they was not the same but it seems aliexpress did not understand either and came down in favour of the seller. 3 weeks ago I bought an item with shipping from Spain.the seller lied and shipped it from China, took 3 weeks and could have stopped in customs.the item was shipped from China, instead of Spain, and as I paid extra for the shipping from Spain. Due to the misbehavior of the seller, I tried to get the refund from the shipping a with a dispute. To receive my money back for the shipping. The seller deleted the different types of shipping and AliExpress asked my proof of those shipping's, they are the ones approving and having control of the sellers shipping. The result and service of the dispute was unacceptable! Im unable to retrieve this info, AliExp as the owner of the page is responsible for the seller misbehavior. AliExp sid that "it's my own problem." the seller lied and sent the Item from China instead of Spain. I paid more for the Spanish location. Even if the product is free shipping, the price of the item changes based on the shipping location(Spain is more expensive than China) now cause AliExpress can't see the diff. In shipping method, I can't receive my refund. This is unacceptable! AliExpress is accountable and responsible for the sellers behavior, in the end I'm buying in the AliExp webpage, it's your brand your responsibility!
Im a gold (almost platinum) AliExpress client however Im going back to Amazon! It's more expensive, but the customer service is worth it..
I did not receive the item until now. This very bad I did check the Saudi post office and the item does not arrive in Saudi Arabia till now and also I checked the 17 track and also it showed not received in Saudi Arabia post office.

Do not buy on Ali Express, I bought an item I never got, I got a refund, but have never received the money in my account. Have contacted customer service many times but get no response.

Bought some supplements, and received coffee creamer. Aliexpress CS is no help in receiving a refund. Another order made over a month and a half ago, seller has not shipped item, will not reply, Ali CS wants me to wait another month and a half for a refund. I suggest spend a little more on another site to guarantee you will actually receive what you paid for.

They told me to return an item I bought from a vendor on AliExpress and I would get a refund from AliExpress because the vendor did not honour free return.

I bought a hair clipper from this seller which did not work properly from the first day. After less than a month of usage the clipper stopped working because of a cheap plastic stripped gear. The seller refuses to honour the warranty ans like many chinese sellers uses the scam send me a video. I sent him photos but he refuses to refund the item..

I tried my hands with this famous platform over the 11/11 and Black Friday events. There are so many products to choose from with good promotional prices. In terms of functionality, the "add to cart" for variants is pretty cumbersome compared with other platforms such as Amazon or Shopify. But the shipping part frustrates me the most. It can get unnecessarily complicated and changes the shipping rate for no apparent reason.
