They sold a locked phone and did not know how to fix. They would not refund even if I paid to return the Ulefone Note 9. Customer service didn't understand why I was upset that I couldn't use the phone, and they suggested I reboot it. Once a phone is notwork blocked, tou need a manufacturers code to bypass it. They are clueless and will not help.

I have been shopping at AliExpress for a few years now. Prices are usually reasonable but as the saying goes "You get what you paid for" Shipping has always been an issue. Sometimes I'll order an item and receive it 2 to 3 months after I placed the order. This is very frustrating because in some cases, I no longer need the item at the time it arrives.
I know that there are lots of shady vendors (Scammers) on AliExpress but I didn't know that AliExpress will back them up. I purchased a set of masks 3 months ago; I NEVER received the items but AliExpress system automatically receives the items on by behalf after the 89 days processing time expires.
I opened a dispute to notify AliExpress that I did NOT receive the goods I paid for. They came back with a judgement saying that my dispute was invalid, even though the tracking # clearly shows that the item was ‘Undelivered'.
Basically, I did NOT get the items I paid for and will NEVER get my money back from AliExpress. Their customer service is the worse. Don't waste your money on AliExpress.
Love everything about this website I use it to buy all clothes now that the shopes are closed and money is tight with covid.

Orders arrive broken, not as described, or simply don't arrive at all. Customer service and warranty do not exist. Some sellers do go as far as mocking the customer and instead spam your inbox with more tat.
Very bad experience and sellers on that site are selling faulty and non-original products while charging you almost the same price as OEM! Also the site shipping and return processes are incredibly slow, and you will receive your orders in a month and a half and your money will return in another month and a half! Horrible experience please stay away
I got only half of my original order of 2 watch bands, one came neatly shipped. I tried the very cumbersome resolution process. It seemed very much artificial Intelligence driven. It could not seem to understand because i took delivery of a package my order was nor fully received. I stuck with the process a long time. Finally, I had to give up trying. The resolutions process they have is a real maze. I think it functions as intended, though.
Alixpressis a scam
Alixpress is a scam. I bought something and i was suppossed to rexeive my package on september 29. Today is november 21 and i can not get my money back. And they do not give you a good answer. The saller gave me a DHL tracking number that only the label was created DHL never receive the package. Definetly Alixpress is a Scam. Not recomended

I have not gotten my items and I have waited over 2 months. Some of the items say delivered and I never received them, as other items say that they have yet still not been shipped. I won't ever be buying from here again. Stick with Amazon.

This year 2020 has been the worst as they used to be kind of good and refunded your money when you got a defective item or an item that wasn't even close to the pictures and descriptions. This year alone the sellers won't ship the items you pay for, they put fake tracking numbers in to pretend they do. If you manage to get a parcel delivered to you, it is always defective. If it is electronics of some sort, it doesn't work and if it is a clothing item, it looks nothing like the pictures and description and is badly sewn with uneven pant lengths, uneven pant widths and uneven front and back for tops. This fraudulent website claims they have a buyer protection program if you get an item that is defective or not what the description says, this is a lie. They make you return the item at your own expense, which is always more expensive than the actual product itself, then when you refuse to do this because you lose more money on paying for shipping, they refuse your dispute request, give you no refund and close the dispute in always their favor. There is no direct way to contact them and they lie saying they gave you something that works or is just like the pictures and description in their ads. Even when you show detailed, clear, precise, measurements of videos and pictures as proof that you got sent defective items, the customer service representative don't look at it and automatically make the buyer return the item for a refund. The biggest, scam, fraudulent shopping website online now so avoid them if you want to pay for something that actually works like it is suppose to and is advertised what you will get otherwise you will get a defective crappy item with NO refund.
Never received items. I opened a dispute and keep getting told to wait 10 days. It's been over 3 months. They still refuse to do anything about it. The items come from China, shipping takes several weeks. The site says they'll step in to solve the dispute, but they don't; just keep saying wait 10 days. Then when the 10 days are up, they say wait 10 more days. They just keep doing that. Very fraudulent site. Do not buy from them.
Order May 2020. Received 3 Oct 2020. NOT what I ordered. Message store 6 time. Initially asked for correct items to be shipped. Did NOT happen The they asked for pics of wrong items. I don't know how to do this. Have REPEATEDLY asked to have my money refunded, this has Not happened. I can not find any way to communicate with Ali Express to get help. Always a form answer. I bought a DVD unit for my VW Touareg. The unit that was send from SZ-KIANDA Official Store order no **************.
The unit that was advertised and unit I got was not the same. I started dispute and its not resolved and AlliExpress is not helping.
I ordered a few items from Ali Express. I like the huge selection they have due to the number of sellers that offer their items for sale. However, a couple of things are not that great. First of all, it takes at least a month for items to arrive. If one has the time to wait, then fine. Secondly, the quality is sometimes not the greatest, but since it took a month to get the product here, and since shipping would cost more than the item itself, the trashcan might be the best solution there. The third thing is that I had an item stating that it was delivered but I never received it. It states that it never arrived but they make you wait and wait. A month after the alleged delivery date a claim was filed. The seller offered zero refund as he stated the item was delivered. I requested 100% refund. Ali Express determines that we didn't come to a solution, closed the case and released the funds to the seller. Hmmm... not sure what to do with this. It was an item under $10, but I really don't like that I'm just out money for nothing. That is awful customer "protection". And lastly, one has to be careful with the pricing. I always check it against Amazon, where many Chinese wholesalers sells their items as well. Oftentimes I see the items at the same price or even less on Amazon. And let's face it: Amazon has fabulous customer service and protection!
I recently ordered a phone from X-show on the Aliexpress platform. I received an empty box, no phone. X-show were terrible, refused to deal with my issue. On going through dispute process, even though I had photos and witness, Aliexpress ruled against me. Very biased towards sellers., the dispute was a disgrace. I took 3 days off work waiting for my package to arrive. Not only did they not show up on the first day, but they didn't book me in for another delivery. I had to call and then wait another 2 days. I missed that delivery at 4:20 pm after waiting all day, but I did leave an authority to leave the package at my front door! They somehow managed to ignore that. Then another delivery was scheduled and they didn't bother showing up again after I waited all day. And by the way, as I write this, I AM STILL WAITING! The customer service operator and her supervisor were so incredibly rude and basically told me I have to wait for the driver to text me ON THE DAY to tell me that they will be arriving! So they have my order and I have no idea when it will be arriving... SO STAY AWAY!
Poor customer support from Aliexpress, poor custome support from the seller, and the products are cheap for a reason. Ebay is miles ahead in regards to customer support.
Answer: No customer service. Some sellers are dishonest. No way to recoup your money for items never sent. Bogus tracking information since no custom number unavailable. Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.
