Item depends on a seller

Its all about luck when you buy items in Aliexpress. Sometimes items are great but most of the times items are not good. You need to contact the seller before ordering. But sometimes seller dont speak pure english as we all know most of the sellers are chinese. The Aliexpress store was amazing. They offer a lot of amazing products but then as what i have said, its all about luck. You better check the Free shipping options as most of the items offer Free Shipping but as you checked, the shipping fee was already included in the price of the item you are buying.

I order from US to Canada to have the 7 days delivery warranty. I ask for refund after 16 days. AliExpres simply ask me to contact Canada Posts to try to find it. I finally got my digital thermometer after 22 days, so I ask 5$ refund on 15$. No luck, they don't read comments...

Getting scammed

So I purchased from Aliexpress before. I never had any problems. I decided to purchase an item for right around 500.00 dollars. Said it was in the U.S. and would ship from U.S. Once I ordered, I received message saying that item wasn't in U.S. but one without upgrades is. So I agreed to go ahead with purchase. Then it shipped from china anyway. Seller gave me fake tracking info. Said it was in NY. But tracking info he gave me said it was in china. Now he says it's delivered in Florida. I live in Nevada. Aliexpress won't even look at it for another 5 days for some reason, you can't get in contact with anyone. Seller said he'd refund me the money less the shipping cost. Holy hell. He's not giving me back anything unless Aliexpress forces him to and even so why would I pay for shipping when I haven't gotten anything. Man don't buy from these people. So I figure that unless Aliexpress helps in 5 days I'm out 500.00 dollars. I hate people.

Sent £148.00 to supplier for goods, got stuck at customs no help whatsoever from AliExpress not even a tracking number that UK customs can track and I have not received good and nobody helps. Lost £148.00 Never again!

They are theifes

They are not reply to Complaints and the online service stupid.
I ordered 5 item in one order and I paid online all the charges.
They didn't mention through my purchase that there is extra delivery charge for each item of my order. Delivery company called me and they want me to pay 30 dirhams for each item which is too much and it didn't mentioned during my purchase.
I tried to complain but there is no response.

I ordered many different items all at once. Each item came from a different seller, but you must pay all at once. After I ordered them, most all of the products say still waiting for payment, even though I already paid. The items are not being shipped because their system says I did not pay even though my credit card was charged the full amount. I cannot open a dispute either, because the site does not allow disputes after 10 days.
I will NEVER use this AliExpress again, and angry about the theft of my money. AliExpress can kiss my $#*!!

Waste of time, effort!

What a waste of time and effort! The items I bought have delivery date if 39 to 59 days! Some of them arrived, usually late. Many of them never arrived. Lately with the Covid 19 excuse, Aliexpress is taking advantage and when time to ship the order is ended for sellers, they don't cancel the order. They lie the order has been shipped and give a false tracking number, so you have to wait 3 months to get refund. I've known that since a seller sent me a message to apologise not can ship my order and Aliexpress had given me even a tracking number! After that I sent message all sellers to ask if they had shipped my order. Unfortunately most of them never answer, so I opened a dispute and this way, they answered. Unfortunately most of my orders never had been shipped and Aliexpress cheated me about orders have been shipped and has given all false tracking numbers. And not only you have to wait for 3 months! They refund less than you paid! They say it's your bank change. That's not true. The few times eBay had to refund, It was always the same amount I had paid.

Aliexpress protects stealers like ZB Medicament Store. They stole 65 euros for shipping method that I never chose! Do never chose AliExpress! Vendors abuse with their clients and customers are not protected at all!

Since these places like aliexpress offer great prices, it's tempting to buy products through them. Unfortunately they often are garbage products, or the seller won't stand by their product or warranty. But in fairness, I've had exactly the same situation with Amazon and their third party sellers, where Amazon just blames seller and walks away. It's a crap shoot these days online. I suggest always review a business good or bad, anywhere and everywhere, as often as you can for as long as you can. Tell people not to buy there, remember that negative reviews are all you have, so do tons of them on every product sold by a place that you can. They will lose more money from this than the amount they stole from you...

I don't want even to give it one star.
Aliexpress is the worst online website that you can buy from, Don't use it. I made an order from Agust 25 and I didn't receive it till the moment. When I ask about orders, they have no idea or mention that it was delivered. Don't buy any products from this website especially LOVE LOVE LOVE and RAV stores in it.
If you don't want to waste your money don't try to use Aliexpress.
There is no comparison between Amazon and Alixpress.

The price STARTED OFF AS GOOD. However I used Paypal (for security) which was paid off by my Credit Card. Because Aliexpress classifies themselves AS A BANK (saves sellers a few cents) Capital one look at it as a BANK TRANSFER, charging me a $10.00 "Cash Advance Fee" (which they give to banks but not merchants) along with a $. 50 Interest charge on the $16.01 purchase, almost doubling it. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with Aliexpress to get this corrected, as there is no method of communicating directly with them, and they do not let you know this will happen. Simply in your head know that they will add about $10.00 to the cost of your order.

DO NOT ORDER anything from LESVAR OFFICIAL STORE or ALIEXPRESS... The 5 star posts are fakes... If you look at them closely, you'll notice that most of them have the same date & none of them are from the United States... There's not even a place to leave comments under the product... BELIEVE ME, I tried... They "Lesvar Store" sent a different doll from the one I ordered & to top it off, the damned thing was damaged... I waisted no time messaging them, stating that they sent the wrong doll & the one they sent was damaged... Now, keep in mind, It was shipped from California... I started a dispute to activate AliExpress's Buyer's Protection... Aliexpress stated that I had to send the doll to China in 7 days in order to get a refund... It was going to cost me $988 to ship the doll to China. But I only paid $762 for the order, which was shipped from California... So, in short... I'm being forced to keep a damaged item, that's not even the one I ordered... I hope this post helps you all, so y'all don't have to feel like you waisted your money, like I'm feeling right about now... The pic in the upper left corner is the doll that I ordered & the other pics are of the damaged doll that they sent...

Don't believe their Return Policy. Your better off just keeping the wrong item then trying to deal with Return. My Story: Glitter Wholesaler Supplier sent me wrong Color Not As Pictured or Glitter Not as Described. When I contact them, they gave me hard time saying No Returns! We Shipped you correct color, it is just camera angle. Sorry No Returns or Refunds. Such bad Customer Service. So I opened a claim hoping to take advantage of Alixpress Free Satisfaction Return Policy. After emailing & disputing info & pictures with seller. AliXpress finally allowed me make Return. They provide Free Return Label for Receiving Color not as Described. They say you have several days to make Return. Return is in San Mateo, Ca. And Returned Package must be received by 10/11 for full Refund. So I quickly sent Brand New Package (Glitter color was ugly I did not want to keep at all!) Package was received on 10/9. Good news is I dropped off Package at Post Office and USPS has the Tracking details. Several days later I receive an email that my Return Claim was denied, and time ran out because they never Received my Return Package! What!? USPS Tracking shows you receive Return! Should I believe you or your lying eyes? Email says time ran out and Aliexpress is releasing Funds to Seller. So they denied my Refund. Now they have Return back, and my money. How much of scammers could they be, when proof of their Free Tracking number shows they received it, but yet they're claiming it never came. I can't believe after several Years, and spending thousands of dollars, they are doing this. What's the point in being a Diamond Member if you're going to treat them like garbage when they want to Return a wrong item that was sent to them. Now for $32 Glitter they're willing to lose a valued customer.

I spend more than 400 $ on a navigation system from a seller who named ZWNAV.

The system dosen´t work, me revers alarm on the car, me day light, cruise control, onboard computer and tire pressure monitor system(tpms) dosent work. I ask the seller to help me but nothing happend. Finaly i open a dispute case to get aliexpress to helping me but the wont help(shure its cause its a big amount).

Ali express say it needs a video to see the problem but the system can handle a video. The seller say the same, shure the seller knows i can send a video.

So now im here with a navigation system that dosent work as promissed and more than 400 $ much poor.

The prices are reasonable, and the products I've ordered have all been good quality from most retailers on AliExpress, but the delivery service used by most of the retailers are very, very slow. I live in Japan, and most items are shipped from China. I also order many items from Amazon in the US, and those usually take no more than a week to 10 days to be delivered. However, the items sent from China (which is obviously waaaay closer to me than the US) take much longer to reach me. The fastest is a couple weeks, but it more often takes 1.5 ~ 2 months (sometimes even longer).

Where "in the past" it was nice to buy a nice gadget or product for little money, nowadays it is a collection of junk (defective) and products that regularly do not arrive. The frustration that you receive a product that does not work after 6 weeks of waiting is bad enough. Then you have to make a dispute and film with your smartphone and show or hear what is missing. Then you are at the mercy of the ali express gods whether the proof is good enough. And if you succeed hope that the costs of sending the package back is not too high.

Also in this case. So I created a dispute, defined what the problem is, added evidence. That was sufficient enough for the supplier to offer an alternative product. We worked on that until Ali rejected the dispute. I motivated again and also stated that the supplier and I already had an agreement in principle. Refused again (without further reason). Eventually, but appealed and that was also rejected. Now, however, with the motivation that there was no convincing evidence.
Why not convincing evidence and why is it not shown sooner or is it not communicated. Then you are nicely finished. So I too. To order more than 150 it is time to say goodbye. Goodbye Ali..
