I have been an Aliexpress customer for many years. Over the years the quality of products on Aliexpress remains the same - barely acceptable. The customer service is on decline and almost gone. Anything mechanical or electronic breaks down shortly. Most of the items are not as described. You have to be very open minded to imagine the difference between a sophisticated description or pictures and a real product you will receive. Be ready to be scammed and lose. The sellers use different ethics than we use to in western world. They are very polite but very crooked. Real customer service does not exist. All Help option buttons on Aliexpress are almost useless. The automated support is very primitive and often will lead you in endless loops and circles. I was never able to reach any live support. I believe that all Internet advices how to reach Aliexpress Live Support are either obsolete or fake. Aliexpress has no Email address either.
Be aware! Aliexpress is a different universe. Buy only inexpensive stuff for amounts you can afford to lose.
Do not buy from BESTNAVY TECH Store. Sent me a bad DVD drive. Wanted me to pull up on the sides to fix it. Sent videos and pictures to dispute. Like many reviewers have already stated, the dispute always goes to the seller. They said I didn't have proof (even though the videos and pictures show a bad drive). This model isn't sustainable and eventually people will catch on. When you think you're saving money, you're not. Especially after you loose $100 and then just have to buy it from a reputable place that stands behind their products... like Amazon. Never again from aliexpress. Until they clean up their act, be prepared to kiss your money goodbye.
I have ordered two tools for my work, and the tracking number is not correct, the shipping company cant find my tools, I will never buy from them, very bad business
Here is one example: I bought 10 glass domes. They were advertised as being $4.28 per (10) 15 mm domes but when they take you to the sales page that price increases to $5.84! With. 44 cents tax and free shipping or a total of $6.28. Ok, I can take on a $1.58 loss but then when you go to check out the total amount changes to $7.08! Now I have been charged $2.36 more than I should have been!
I have made three purchases and this happened every time! Sometimes the "surprise" charges are even greater!
If I could find another source I would absolutely leave this site in the rear view mirror!
I placed an order with AliExpress because they promised faster delivery of the same small item than other sites promised. Two months later, it has not been delivered. They want me to wait another six weeks before claiming a refund and, in the meantime, are communicating only a screen shot in their tracking system that indicates "delivered." While the tracking system for the last-mile carrier indicates "returned to sender." Never again!
I've ordered a phone cover glass 3 months ago. It's still in transit. When I write to them why it's taking so long, they simply have no answer. SUPER SLOW! I will never again (!) order from this sh*thouse!
Never received product. Upon filing a claim with Aliexpress two months AFTER the item was supposed to arrive, I was told by the WanDong Store that the wig is at a post office in your state. Contact them. So after being confronted with that amazing service service, I ordered a new one from Amazon for about the same price that has already arrived. For some reason, people think cosplay is cheaper from sites like this (and therefore worth the month or two wait... and that's when their products are arriving on time!). I wish I knew how wrong I was (considering my daughter missed out on two of her intended birthday presents). I will not make that mistake again. Thanks for nothing, WanDong Store and Aliexpress.
This company is a horrible place to deal with. They charged me for $597 and I never even ordered anything for that amount took the dispute up with my bank and they still gave them back the money even though my order history clearly shows that I never ordered anything from them for this amount! I will never order from this site again and I will complain on every site that I can. Shame on chase bank as well for not reviewing my documents in a timely manner. The evidence is clear and they still took my money mind you I did order from several different stores so it's like that charged me twice for everything. Stay away if I could have given them zero stars I would have!
I purchased About 5 items from this app. I know With COVID things would take a long time to get here, I got half my order about 6 months late, and never received the other two items. I messaged the seller multiple times because it says it was delivered but I've called and called the post office, apartment office, everything. Either someone stole a package, or it was lost yet the seller says it was delivered correctly. Idk over all Id look for someone where else to order things
Terrible Chinese site that profits from crime. Many of my t shirt designs have been stolen by sellers from China on Ali Express. There is no easy way to have the designs removed unless you want to submit passport scan ID, or divers license ID and other sensitive data to the CCP owned site. They make it easy for criminals to flourish while laughing at the victims in the west who have had IP stolen. I actually hate them for this. Its like they want to hurt the victim - and they do 100%. Never buy from AliExpress - in fact - just avoid anything CCP owned. Support companies with no ties to China.
SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE! Ordered sweatshirts, finally received them, they were all significantly smaller than the tag indicated. The material was very cheap, plastic-feeling, and scratchy. Returns were a nightmare that have gone on for two months and still are not resolved. I attached one photo for an example, both shirts are labeled as size L (AliExpress item is on the left). Wish I could give it 0 stars.
Got a pair of shoes from here too small and not what I asked for. They won't exchange them or give my money back after it took 2 months to get the shoes in the first place! Run and do not order from here, go to Wish instead!
I ordered a Xiaomi Redmi phone from D-PHONE Online Store and it was shipped Caniao Express. When it finally arrived I saw that the package had been open and sealed back up so I suspected Canada Post had inspected the package but when I opened it the phone had been removed only the wall charger cable and empty phone box remained. I filed a complaint with AliExpress and sent photos and a short video to no avail as they would not refund me and gave the seller the payment and the thief got a brand new phone. I got ripped off and lost $268.81. So buyer beware as I am sure I'm not the only one that got taken by these thief's.

Bought 2 packets of golf tees which turned out to be 2 golf tees for 4 euros and 64 cents. Complete con and I'm embarrassed to admit but I expected it. The ad didn't specify the quantity but did have pictures with at least least tees in a bundle. It was a simple con obviously. How can you trust a sales site that condones that sort of behaviour. Don't shop with them. They can't be trusted. Buy a new phone and maybe receive an empty case instead. They are just shabby retailers with little scruples. Shop on a trusted site. Pay a bit more but get what you pay for.
I ordered a keyboard for my Envy X2 Touch Screen Laptop, it said it clearly in the title of the product that is what it was for. There is nowhere in the description where it says it is for an Elite laptop. I filed a dispute with them, and the seller said he'd refund me. I assumed they'd pay for shipping, they would not and costed me $50. I contact AliExpress and they said they'd help me. I sent it back paying the fee expecting to get it back... I didn't. They said there was no evidence of the Seller offering to pay (no there wasn't, I was under the impression AliExpress was going to MAKE them pay for it)
The sellers argument is that I bought the wrong keyboard, the Title of the Keyboard CLEARLY states it is for MY Envy x2 laptop and not the Elite. I do not understand how I am in the wrong in anyway. I am now out $110 and do not even have the refund for the keyboard is lost somewhere in China (not AliExpress' fault but sure adds to my anger). If it is truly User error they did not explain to me or show me how I was wrong. Attached to my review I have the screen shot of what the product description was. Happy to hear how I ordered the wrong thing.

Tried to get refund but only get the run around for weeks, finally get a response saying out of time period so out of luck. Stay away poor service, poor web design to navigate. Not 100% satisfaction.
There are almost 50% bad reviews in the past year. It seems the quality in most cases are the real concern. The prices seem to be acceptable and this is one of the magnets to this platform. The desirable pricing with the diverse amount of products available show a site that is interesting, however, the delivery of products and the turn around time must be established by the supplier of the goods and are not standard. This is according to your geographical information and the delivery systems allowed in your Country. The goods originate from China, so postal vs courier is only available in some Countries. The reviews of past customers do not reflect a mutual agreement of good products and for this reason, one must question the quality of the products.
Overall, I would not be swayed to buy on this platform.
After waiting 4 months for the product, asked to be refunded. They are not refunding and have not shipped the order. Very disappointing and a rip off.
Answer: No customer service. Some sellers are dishonest. No way to recoup your money for items never sent. Bogus tracking information since no custom number unavailable. Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.

Answer: Do not buy from aliexpress the quality is terrible and lots of sellers never send the items. Also they sell counterfeit designs too which is illegal to purchase.
