The product never arrived. Opened a dispute for refund after 60 days. Spoke to the customer service agent and they are not doing anything apart from sending copy and paste messages. So far 30 days after opening the dispute and the agents are promising that Aliexpress will step in and will issue refund in 48 hours. Several 48 hrs passed and no refund. Whenever I contact the agents, the same story again from them, but no refund.
Never buy from Alibaba group of companies. They are thieves, looting the money.
The sellers are not trusted or verified, if you claim your money back for a bad order they might block your account, you have no customer care agents or emails or contact. If they block you ( which I never heard before anywhere else after I paid them thousands of $ over 2 years), you can not get in touch with anyone there. I have an active order right now that was never delivered and the site blocked me. I can not email anyone they DO NOT HAVE A HUMAN EMAIL OF CUSTOMER CARE. They have robots answers in help center which I couldn't get through anyone human.
Most of the orders are not matching the description, overpriced goods since a year ago.

Another seller didnt send the order cause he was on holidays for a month. I said " just refund me mate, its going to take 4 months to deliver to me. He got upset, aliexpress had to refund me
Another seller said item delivered, so I checked the post and no item. I went to complain and you get a automotive response and you have to chase up with delivery company and find out what happened. Aliexpress doesnt want the responsibility.
I have never had more stress, more fake, no help just auto answers from aliexpress, HOW does this company still make money, when they do so many things wrong. How long does a buyer have to be patient?
I ordered several boxes of artificial boxwood hedges and they seller refused to ship the product unless I paid an additional $200 due to increased shipping costs. I refused to pay the additional money and opened a dispute. The shipper then agreed to ship the product, but they shipped it to California and not Tennessee where I live and are currently blaming the post office for not delivering it to the correct adddress.
I firmly believe they shipped it to their US warehouse knowing that Aliexpress will sode with the seller that it was delivered.
I am currently out hundreds of dollars with no product and no recourse. I strongly encourage you to not purchase from this website or to do so knowing you may not receive your product and are unable to get a refund.

In my experience i have found solution because locally problem to find some products that are with specifics like parts for tablet, laptop, and other tools, accessories, etc. also skipping abused prices that locally common used for different products.
About the quality of products sure need to know what exactly you are searching for. And if you need cheap products can't be expected high quality. Also i can say that is not the high price that decide that product is good, you can't take like reference.
Need to search for specification of products that you need also to read the specification with details, because in this way you will know what you will get.

I use phone like video recorder in the moment when i open the products, also i record the moment of mounting parts. In this way i can prove that everything by my side was correct if some parts fails or are damaged.
In the case when i receive the damaged products. First i start to communicate with seller about the products and usually they will find solution to send another if the proves are ok, if i don't have time to wait for another, they will turn the money back. If not it's easy way to open dispute and upload the photo and video that already recorded and receive money back. Full refund.

I have very bad experience with Aliexpress ******* Store. Its a Tab screen replacement costs $43. The screen was faulty and agreed to pay back $15. Just fooled me and ignore paying back. Please Don't buy anything from ******* Store

I submitted a dispute and requested a refund.
The dispute went to AliExpress arbitration.
AliExpress arbitration told me to upload as evidence proof photos of package with tracking number, waybill and item sent.
I uploaded the requested evidence as proof.
AliExpress arbitration ruled against me. NO REFUND.
Reason? Insufficient evidence proof! After I uploaded what they asked for? No explanation given about what was insufficient.
No way to appeal, no other channels of communication open.

Recently bought shoes by using Aliexpress but after two weeks falling apart, the brand is Fashion, be warned not making the mistake as i did, shoes look nice but wearing them is crap.

Can't send an email without signing in. I have spoken to people about this and they tell me this is common with these people, don; t ever buy from them, I wish I had heard this before I did.
