The product never arrived. Opened a dispute for refund after 60 days. Spoke to the customer service agent and they are not doing anything apart from sending copy and paste messages. So far 30 days after opening the dispute and the agents are promising that Aliexpress will step in and will issue refund in 48 hours. Several 48 hrs passed and no refund. Whenever I contact the agents, the same story again from them, but no refund.

Never buy from Alibaba group of companies. They are thieves, looting the money.

The sellers are not trusted or verified, if you claim your money back for a bad order they might block your account, you have no customer care agents or emails or contact. If they block you ( which I never heard before anywhere else after I paid them thousands of $ over 2 years), you can not get in touch with anyone there. I have an active order right now that was never delivered and the site blocked me. I can not email anyone they DO NOT HAVE A HUMAN EMAIL OF CUSTOMER CARE. They have robots answers in help center which I couldn't get through anyone human.
Most of the orders are not matching the description, overpriced goods since a year ago.

Over 10 orders, 600 dollars.
Waited over 3 months, sellers can extend this if they pay aliexpress a bit of money to extend delivery time, you have no choice
Item delivered and it is a completely different item then delivered, seller says "its ok, same thing, just different model (cheaper). Took over a month for aliexpress to return and refund me the money.
Another seller didnt send the order cause he was on holidays for a month. I said " just refund me mate, its going to take 4 months to deliver to me. He got upset, aliexpress had to refund me
Another seller said item delivered, so I checked the post and no item. I went to complain and you get a automotive response and you have to chase up with delivery company and find out what happened. Aliexpress doesnt want the responsibility.
I have never had more stress, more fake, no help just auto answers from aliexpress, HOW does this company still make money, when they do so many things wrong. How long does a buyer have to be patient?

Fraudulent Business

I ordered several boxes of artificial boxwood hedges and they seller refused to ship the product unless I paid an additional $200 due to increased shipping costs. I refused to pay the additional money and opened a dispute. The shipper then agreed to ship the product, but they shipped it to California and not Tennessee where I live and are currently blaming the post office for not delivering it to the correct adddress.
I firmly believe they shipped it to their US warehouse knowing that Aliexpress will sode with the seller that it was delivered.
I am currently out hundreds of dollars with no product and no recourse. I strongly encourage you to not purchase from this website or to do so knowing you may not receive your product and are unable to get a refund.
I will never do business with Aliexpress again.

I am the oldest costumer of aliexpress I ordered alot of thing half of them I received not working Never order from aliexpress you will lost your money and ur orde. I order some display but its was not working I send aliexpress pictures and videos of damage and not working item but I never got my refund back. I will say amazon is the best amazon is alil bit expensive but you are sure when the order damaged or not working you can send back and get the refund I will say order from amazon not from aliexpress

In my experience i have found solution because locally problem to find some products that are with specifics like parts for tablet, laptop, and other tools, accessories, etc. also skipping abused prices that locally common used for different products.

About the quality of products sure need to know what exactly you are searching for. And if you need cheap products can't be expected high quality. Also i can say that is not the high price that decide that product is good, you can't take like reference.
Need to search for specification of products that you need also to read the specification with details, because in this way you will know what you will get.
Most of the time i use the communication with seller as you go to the store physically

Easy way to make a payment, easy to refund,
When i receive the products like Digitizer, screen, parts for computer, etc.
I use phone like video recorder in the moment when i open the products, also i record the moment of mounting parts. In this way i can prove that everything by my side was correct if some parts fails or are damaged.
In the case when i receive the damaged products. First i start to communicate with seller about the products and usually they will find solution to send another if the proves are ok, if i don't have time to wait for another, they will turn the money back. If not it's easy way to open dispute and upload the photo and video that already recorded and receive money back. Full refund.

What you need more?
I like, I use, they can go forward with filtering of sellers that are not good.

The laser I ordered did not work. It took ME weeks to diagnose the problem, with little help from them. By the time I received the replacement parts and got the machine running, the warranty had expired. Their technicians have little knowledge about the products.

After shopping for this item I chose AliExpress because the price was good plus the listing stated "Free Shipping" and "No Tax," but the moment I purchased I was charged shipping and tax. I tried multiple times to contact the seller through AliExpress but got nowhere with the AliExpress website. I received my item but I feel ripped off and lied to.

I was told ‘we don't care what you are talking about here' by customer support. Also, they closed a conversation without answer. Reference number for conversation - **************. Will delete my account after I receive my goods. Rubbish business, rubbish people talking to customers that bring the money to the company.

I am becoming more and more hesitant buying from Aliexpress. Some sellers are excellent and some not good as they rip you off, Also the wait is a long one with most of the companies. Yet a very few are very fast. With all the item I bought gave me a good list of good companies and I stick with them. So if you buy from Aliexpress be aware that you can be ripped off and no recourse regardless of what Aliexpress tell you.

I was stupid to trust that ALIEXPRESS have customer support.

I purchased an item (liquid to coat ceramics for printing on them) and paid 100 USD + 18 shipping + 23 duty...
Anyway, after I got the stuff and tried them, it didn't work at all. Just a diluted liquid and should go to garbage.

I sent a proof to the seller, and after that, he admitted that he sent me the wrong item and that the one I got is for clothes.
He offered to resend me the correct one but I have to pay again.

I opened a dispute at aliexpress, and waited for 10 days before the seller responded, which he lied and said we sent him the correct item and I that I don't know how to use it.
At the same time, he changed the description of the item (FROM Ceramics to Clothes).

I sent them all the proofs that he is a liar, cheater,... But they still refund me half of my money after almost a month of messaging them.

I will never ever go back to ALIEXPRESS, they are thieves, liars, robots, and they don't give a **** about customers (FAKE PROMISES).

$#*! ali express, they are a bunch of money hungry thiefs trying to take american dollar. Ordered a product on may 20th, today is september 12 and nothing yet. Very hard to get in touch with support to get help needed. BY FAR THE WORST SCAM IN THE WORLD IS THIS ALIEXPRESS. From now on, $#*! DOING BUSINESS WITH THE CHINESE THIEFS. CHINA ONLY SENDS VIRUSES IN TIME, YOU CAN DREAM ABOUT GETTING A PRODUCT.
If they made sure people orders arrive on time instead of eating BATs the world would have been in a better place. $#*! CHINA

I have very bad experience with Aliexpress ******* Store. Its a Tab screen replacement costs $43. The screen was faulty and agreed to pay back $15. Just fooled me and ignore paying back. Please Don't buy anything from ******* Store

I ordered a Huawei Band 4 Pro fitness bracelet.
The seller sent me a WOMAN'S BRA! I am a man!
I submitted a dispute and requested a refund.
The dispute went to AliExpress arbitration.
AliExpress arbitration told me to upload as evidence proof photos of package with tracking number, waybill and item sent.
I uploaded the requested evidence as proof.
AliExpress arbitration ruled against me. NO REFUND.
Reason? Insufficient evidence proof! After I uploaded what they asked for? No explanation given about what was insufficient.
No way to appeal, no other channels of communication open.
AliExoress allowed this seller to cheat me out of $50.
AliExpress protects fraudulent or incompetent sellers.
They do not protect honest buyers.
Waste of money, waste of time.
Never again.

I placed an order ************** on 01.12.2019 and I have not received it until today 09.09.2020.
There isn't anyone you can talk to and there isn't any mail address. All you can do is to send a message where it takes a lot of time until you get a response.
My package was send back to China with AWB ******* and they refuse to return my money or give my package. They send me to Alikafeii Trading Co., Ltd. and they send me back to Aliexpress.
ATTENTION: DO NOT ORDER FROM ALIEXPRESS OR ALIKAFEII TRADING CO.LTD.!

I foolishly ordered a pair of boots from this outfit back in July they have never arrived I have tried to sign in and find out why they never came but cannot doesn't recognise my sign and won't let me change my password. Can't send an email without signing in. I have spoken to people about this and they tell me this is common with these people, don; t ever buy from them, I wish I had heard this before I did. SO HERE IS MY ADVICE AVOID AT ALL COSTS. It may look good but chances are you will receive what you ordered and then can't contact in any way.
