I ordered 2 toy ships from a highly rated seller and was given a bad tracking number and never received them. After checking back the seller's ratings had dropped and it was clear he was scamming people. I filed a claim and was quickly given a refund for 1 item on the order. I talked to customer service and they told me to wait 15 days to get the rest of my refund. At which point they closed the dispute. I never got the rest of my refund and now I can't get a hold of customer service. Thats what I get for trusting a shady site like this. Don't make the same mistake
Guys, don't waist your time to order on Aliexpress, they don't care about their customers, they only care about the people who sell on their platform.
I was scamed 3 times on Aliexpress and they took no actions about the sellers, I even had to pay for return, for something that was not even close with what I ordered and they told me that this is their policy, even though you don't get waht you paid for, to be able to get refunded you have to pay for return, since then I keep arguing with them, but still no results.
So, do yourself a favor and, even though you find cheap things, don't waist your money and your time. Aliexpress IT IS CHEAP.
I really hope that, more and more people, everyday, will STOP ordering on this CHEAP platform, so one day, they will have no business, maybe then, they will start to care.
Back in March I ordered a special sensor from Aliexpress. Despite an understandable Covid related delay, the item arrived damaged. I contacted them and they made promises to replace it. After a lot of back and forth with them, here it is almost September and after many promises to replace the $16 sensor I have not received a replacement. They even tried to give me $4 as ‘compensation'... what a joke. I get a general feeling of dishonesty and unwillingness to fix this.
I purchase a radio parts missing made complaint and they said insufficient evidence and closed my case no nothing for me. No refund not even parts that is missing. So I lose 800 dollars clearly I sent 2 pictures their radio had 6 wires on harness my stock radio had 11 wires but yet that's not enough evidence to say I'm missing wires. These people are no help they only want your money. I say take your business to amazon they have excellent customer service. Never will I shop here again ever. Trust I am not bias just telling truth if you value your money go elsewhere
Complete scam and fraud platform designed for that purpose. No matter what evidences you upload to show that you returned faulty items, they act blind to rip you off and never refund you. Avoid them. Use Amazon instead.
I spent $192 on faulty home thermostats (Order#**************) when i opened a dispute, they guided me to their courier, which collected the faulty items and returned it according to courier tracking, i provided them with the receipt, but AliExpress didn't issue any refund claiming that they haven't received it. The sellers act as if they want to help you, but in reality, they work for Aliexpress to fool you, believing that you will get a refund. All the positive reviews are fake. Complete scam.

Bad customer service. After sending AliExpress proof of their seller scamming customers by using a bogus shipping company and not receiving any item, they continued to side with the seller and not return my money.
AliExpress and the seller wants the customer to get frustrated and give up fighting for a refund.

Some sellers have also been known to defraud buyers by tricking them into paying before they receive an item and then disappearing with the money.

I, ve been using AliExpress for years now, and when it works it's great, but when it goes wrong you are left hunting through the fine print, trying to find a way to raise whatever issue you have. Obviously throughout covid, many items have gone missing, but once they say they, ve been delivered, and then you try to say they haven't. After 15 days you haven't a chance. Sellers say, cancel the dispute and wait. So you do and it still doesn't turn up... I have at least 12 items I will never see, and never be compensated for. So what I say is it's great when it works, but a nightmare when it goes wrong. Amazon, it is not!
I've never had trouble with Aliexpress, I doubled-up an order once and received a refund without hesitation. Just be careful with their clothes sizes though. A size 14 woman (Australian size) will often find even a XXL item a bit snug.

I ordered an item from AliExpress that was listed for $24.20. Seller charged $3.00 for shipping charges. I did not know that the seller was based in Chengdu, China. My item arrived after 71 days. When I opened the package my item did not resemble what I ordered. I emailed the seller but he never responded. I filed a claim with "customer service" and I got the same run-around that many other customers received.
After filing multiple claims, AliExpress responded by telling me that the seller is no longer listed on the website. They asked me to file a claim with the Chengdu Police Department. What a crock of $#*!.

I placed an order on 11-6-2020, today is 24-8-2020 about 73 days ago, I have not received my item nor my money, it is showing order completed on tracking, AliExpress keep proposing but never do anything. I was told if my order didn't arrive on 23-7-2020 I will get my refund... Nothing till now... I will never use their platform again. If you are Nigeria becareful using all these Chinese website, no good customer relationship
I bought this mini screwdriver to actually see what it would look like and it turned out to Be an amazing item it has almost all the screw help I need from the one for my phone till other electrical appliances
Could not track package after more than a month. Seller provided tracking website link but still show nothing, origin ad destination shows unknown. Took screenshot and uploaded as a n evidence. After 2 months still dispute in progress. So dissapointed with aliexpress.
P.S. - Opened dispute on 23 june 2020, still pending.

I purchased a $130 CAD product in May and waited patiently until August to check on up it being that it said "If it does not arrive by August XXth you can request a full refund". So, I check and my package had been RETURNED TO THE SELLER! So, I ask for a full refund and what do I get? "The buyer and seller couldnt agree, so we will give you $57.00"! So, I did NOTHING wrong, waited patiently and never received my product yet got scammed for almost 2/3 of the cost. The seller is/was completely silent, so how did they "disagree"?
The website has a page that says FULL REFUND if your product is not received. We supposedly have buyer protection. Apparently not!
This website is a complete and utter scam. I've been robbed of about $70 CAD. In fact, until I receive my "refund" of $57 I'll assume I've been scammed out of the full $130.
Do not buy anything from this website and spread the word that they are a scam company.
The products sell on the website are fakes - do not do what is specified on the website. If you make a complain, they do not take you in serious and as result you loose - TIME & money

I have been using Aliexpress for years, but now I am very dissatisfied with using Aliexpress. Since Jan 2020 I find deliveries are not being received, unable to get any help from the sellers and you can't contact Aliexpress for help. Any answers from the sellers, that i did receive were rude and unhelpful. I will not use this site again, have had about 8 issues with using this site, just this year. Any warranty claim, forget it, will not get any help or they charge you a lot of money to fix items. Useless.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.

Answer: Do not buy from aliexpress the quality is terrible and lots of sellers never send the items. Also they sell counterfeit designs too which is illegal to purchase.
