The company has no customer service department that you can a hold of. No phone number, No email, No life person, NADA. I will never do business with Ali Express and will no recommend them. I bought two lamps and they came damage and incomplete with no shades. I have been talking with manufacture for several month to no resolution. The company is till selling the shades with the lamps but will not ship the shades to me.

I ordered a few things from various stores at AliExpress with no problems. But then an item never arrived and they would not do anything.
The store ignored my proof that it never arrived in the Canada Post Office system. They claimed that their system at AliExpress said it was delivered, despite the fact it would have had to be updated by Canada Post to know that.
I had no choice but to file a dispute with AliExpress. The store told me they would work it out with me if I cancel the dispute. I cancelled it and then they just told me to wait patiently again. Even though it had been 5 months since I paid for my item.
The store called "Plz Buy in my store" would not agree to replace it even after seeing my proof it never arrived in Canada at the post office with their tracking number. I again filed a dispute with AliExpress and the store again promised to settle it with me if I cancel the dispute, but did the same thing a second time and ignored their promise.
AliExpress ignored my proof that it never arrived in Canada at the post office and told me there was nothing they could do. My proof was clear and they could have logged into the site themselves and found out the same information but they did not.
They cannot be trusted. They do not look at evidence. They are unreliable and dishonest.
After being a dedicated customer for a long time i can safely say that when it comes to Aliexpress all is well until you run into a problem and ask for their help. They have no respect for their customers and in fact they have no customer support or support email aside from a chat bot that's never helpful.
I bought a Braze torch and after a 3 month wait i received a laser level. When i opened a dispute, uploaded all the evidence and asked for a refund or the correct item to be sent... they answered that the package wasn't empty, the item wasn't missing and refused to compensate me.
You read it correctly, i said that the item i received wasn't the one i ordered and they answered that the package wasn't empty and this is just the tip of the iceberg.
All in all i'd stay clear of Aliexpress and use another, more trustworthy platform for any online purchases.
Somehow this company charged my card 4 times today! Called company only got voice mail. Left message with number and SHOCK no return call. Called Bank reported the fraud as I have never ordered from this company and would never order from China!
THEY WILL NOT SUPPORT YOU AS A BUYER, I had an item that i received that didnt work, after sending back forward emails with seller raised a dispute, when Aliexpress didnt want to resolve by having the seller send the correct software, I contacted Paypal to open a dispute, Aliexpress froze and closed my dispute, I will never use this site again.

We may see in the attachment, how the seller blackmail for price increase. After making the order, while there was no increase in price till now (in the listing). He asked me either to pay the price or cancel the order.
It is a fraud of seller. It seems Aliexpress is also supporting the same. Because I saw reviews on many websites with same issue.
Main thing is that there is no option to raise voice with exact issue. Aliexpress approve sellers claim. Now I am helpless to bear this loss.

Right off the bat I'll say aliexpress has 3 stars on here as an average for a reason. I think Everyone has a different experience and I have to say I'm surprised with mine.
I wasn't expecting the items to come so soon and the quality of all of these items too! I actually really like everything that I bought and from what I've heard and have seen, things that you search up on Amaz0n are actually Drop shipped/bought from AliExpress and resold Which says a lot on its own already...
If you're here reading a review to see if you should try to buy things from AliExpress I would say go for it because it's really not expensive and you can buy a bunch a little things and if it breaks or it's not the best quality you don't have to worry about it because you didn't spend much! (Like I broke one of my hair clips but I'm totally fine with that because I have many more :)
I was treated very ugly by one of the Aliexpress dealers. Despite my several customer care requests, no one has taken the matter seriously so far. I expected an apology from the seller and removal of the offensive comment from Aliexpress.
I am a diamond buyer and unfortunately I have a sad conclusion - Aliexpress does not help buyers but protects rude sellers. If a wish to get Covid from a rogue seller breaks the rules of Aliexpress, I don't understand how this can't be handled for couple months. I ordered alot from them stuff was good I ordered Christmas birthday stuff a gift that was ordered in oct suppose to be here November never received they started saying stuff was delivered was not well I emailed them and today went to check my 5 items I haven't got yet and the app is on my phone well my info gone and orders gone want me to sign in but then denied my password so my rating for them is a 0 because at first good then they want to not send your stuff I'm missing a rug, necklace, eye shadow, baby outfit, mascara, playmat, teeth diamond, and them to sign me out after contacting them something fishy there
I purchase items from YXMOULD Fondant Museum Store in Ali express in October 2020 and since than today 1St Feb. My items not received. I opened the dispute with Ali Express but they Protecter the SEller and closed the case without refunding my any penny. I made a Purchase of 49Dollars from the store YXMOULD Fondant Museum Store. Seller Asking to wait more even after 4 months passed and send Auto Reply. They all are thieves stealing people money. Ali express and Sellers are same looting the money from Buyer. NO protection for Buyer. If you receive items you are lucky. But if you dont receive forget that you will get your money... Dont waste your money on Ali Express and store YXMOULD Fondant Museum Store.
Purchased a WiFi/Bluetooth Mini PCI card. Bluetooth is non functional. Supplied screenshots from windows showing no Bluetooth and AliExpress would not accept as evidence for a partial refund. This is the only possible evidence and it was flatly denied as evidence. Beware you will not get help if you have issues.
Shipping time pathetic, took more than a month. I had items shipped all the way from the UK in the middle of COVID lockdown in less than a week so no excuse for this.

Good products and bad ones too. Something was delivered to me that didn't work. First, you have to wait two months to receive it. Then you have to contact the seller. He asked me questions for 3 weeks telling me how to make it work. I proved to him that I knew it perfectly and told him it was not working. And each time, he told me the same nonsense. I understood that the answers were probably already programmed. So "the robot" keeps you going around in circles for weeks. I have ordered many Items through Alliexpress some items i order first i get last, one time i ordered a Mens wallet never received it! No explanation given for why? I just ordered a pair of Shoes after i ordered two watches and Men's laptop bag. I got the shoes first, the watches are still in Los Angeles almost 5 days, just like the wallet was, i'm beginning to think this is a common thing that happens.
Purchased shoes from seller Shop******* Store. Seller sells these shoes with a red sole or a black sole. The red sole shoes sell for $6.00 more than the black sole shoes. Seller sent the black sole shoes. I immediately wrote that they had sent the wrong shoes. I assumed that since it was the sellers mistake that they would send me a shipping label so that I would not have to pay shipping. Aliexpress asked if I wanted a refund. I said yes. BIG MISTAKE. You have to return the shoes for a refund. The cost of shipping the shoes back to China was $59.00. So I would have to pay $59.00 to get a $29.00 refund. Aliexpress KNOWS this, so their offer to give a refund is BOGUS. Realizing that sending the shoes back was ridiculous, I asked the seller for a refund of the difference in price of $6.00. No response. I would be in the same position if the seller had sent me men's construction boots instead of the shoes I ordered. I would have to KEEP THEM. Aliexpress favors their sellers not their cutomers. You are not dealing ith Amazon when you deal with Aliexpress.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store.
