AliExpress London Gb took payment for an order I placed. The order disappeared and there is no way to contact anyone. I have ordered in the past but will NEVER order from them again.
Aliexpress offers so many money-saving products that can really replace brand-produced items. I literary bought here a totally new set of painting supplies as they are so much cheaper here and the quality isnt by any means lower than the actual branded items.

Before purchase, I asked the seller if it fits my car. I sent information and pictures, seller replies fits perfectly.
I choose ship from EU warehouse for faster shipment, even paid extra for this. Seller ships from China anyway
Delivery comes late and was missing adapters, longer wire and the frame. Additional costs.
After installment the provided WiFi antenna was defect and made the unit reboot. At last the unit powers up, but don't show my car and many functions do not work.

Original parking sensors don't show
Door opens, clima and speed do not show

I opened a alixpress dispute and provided video evidence and messages.
I can get a partial refund for 116$ out of 635$. Or I can get full refund but then I have to ship it to China and shipping costs from Denmark equal to 300$
I'll stick to European sellers and European platforms. Alixpress will never see a purchase from me anymore.

Didnt mind when it took a long time to arrive but the item was extremely small and wasn't sized properly plus there was no paperwork in the bag and the dress wasn't even wrapped just crushed in, trying to return was a nightmare with the site not accepting my submit entry so I ended up keeping.
I placed an order for a product for $98.50. I waited 3 months and no product arrived. I checked the tracking number and the tracking service said my order was shipped to "The European Union" (France). I live in the U.S. I filed a claim with Aliexpress for a refund and Aliexpress sided with the vendor and denied my claim saying that my order was signed for by a proxy? What proxy? I didn't sign for anything and I never received the shipment! I finally had to file a chargeback with my credit card company to get my money back. Neither the vendor or Aliexpress answered the more than a dozen messages that I left. Stay away from Aliexpress unless you want to risk losing your money! Aliexpress should be shut down or lose their ability to take credit card payments.

J'ai acheté une batterie 36V 10S4P 30Ah 500W et le colis n'est jamais arrivé, le vendeur (Shop******* Store) refuse de m'aider pour rejoindre son service de livraison qu'il a utilisé. Donc après quelque recherche, j'ai fini par trouvé un transporteur potentiel, car le numéro de tracking me dirige dans plusieurs direction, donc impossible à déterminer avec certitude! Ensuite, j'ai tenté de rejoindre de toute les façons la compagnie de livraison d'origine, mais sans succès... UNE VRAIE GROSSE JOKE!
P. S Bravo, belle crosse... faite bien attention aux voleurs lâches et crapuleux qui squat la plateforme AliExpress, suivez les bons conseils de Jean Michel!
Everything I ordered was delivered at expeted time.
All things I ordered were there and everything was working.
I purchased a Ender 3 pro from Aliexpress which ships from US. Creality send me a notice they dont have shipping service to Hawaii and wants me to start the cancel order and refund my money. This is unacceptable response and behavior on Aliexpress and Creality. I purchased many item in the past and this is the first time I get a Lame excuse they don't have shipping to Hawaii. Please pass this on to other Shopper to avoid Aliexpress Creality USA for the action they take to avoid expense lost to them. I included screenshots of my conversation with them. Notice it states (Free shipping Fedex. Shipped from US location) No shipping limitation are posted.
Customer service is absolutely horrendous. I have been scammed over 400 Euro on AliExpress and spend hours trying to deal with completely incoherent customer service. Do your mental health a favour and avoid AliExpress

But Ali should not send me wrong information. It's actually the 2nd order they do this (goods not delivered, but Ali advised that they were).

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.
