NEVER AGAIN! If this isn't a scam, then it's very close to it. I've wasted so much time with these people. Here's the routine: you buy, they don't send, you try to get a refund, they stall.
I bought 10 items from there, the package finally arrived after about 3 months. Then, it only has 8 items in it. The most expensive 2 items are missing. I submitted disputed to the seller, it replied 'No evidence, so no refund'. I chat with their agent, 'go to the USPS to get the details of the package, and the manager will contact you'. Then, no reply forever. It's the worst online service I've ever met. Especially, it says 'No evidence', and it happens missing the most expensive 2 items. It really disappointed me. Then, i chat with the agent again, I was not asking for refund, I just wanted to file a complaint of the seller. They gave a link, funny thing happens, in the link, there 3 types of report, but all are just related to property rights or illegal product, no type about complaining the seller for not being honest or fault. Will never buy anything from the platform. Again, no refund doesn't irritate me, it's there gross service. I don't hope this happen to any of you who are considering to buy things from Aliexpress.
Cheap stuff that breaks as soon as you wear them. I bought lingerie on this website and i have never ever seen such cheap material and such bad quality. Delivery take ages, sometimes 2 months, i live in france.
Very cheap but honestly buy the real deal in your local shop even if it is more expensive. You will save yourself time, disappointment, and frustration. There is a reason why it is so cheap.

I bought a outlook parts for my car, was receive crack(almost broke in half). Then did dispute for full refund but after one day, dispute was finished but only got half back... i was surprised.so i was appeal for it. Wait 2days got the answer my appreal was decline because goods is crack but stil have value to it... Terrible service, please shop somewhere else. I know the prices are enticingly low, but trust me its not worth the hassle. They have possibly the WORST customer service known to man. They will always rule in favour of the seller leaving you stuck with a defective or damaged or not as described item.
I recently made a purchase on their website and the item was very clearly not as describe and the "best" they can do is offer me a refund - IF - I pay for return shipping which is ridiculously expensive. Save your money and shop somewhere else.

Over 90% times you're not receiving what your ordering, the majority of this time the sellers do not send the goods to you but they provide false tracking numbers to fool you, then after 3-4 months waiting time when you finally realize the goods haven't sent, you have to go through the hassle of refund which takes almost another month!
In many cases the sellers ask for more money after you paid and if you refuse to pay the extra money and want to cancel then order it could take up to a month for the refund to be started as in Aliexpress the sellers can refuse the cancellation even if it's due to increasing the price after the fact!
The sellers refuse to accept the cancellation due to asking for more money or lack of quantity and simply ask you to lie and say your cancellation is because you changed your mind and you don't want the goods anymore.
There is no way to contact customer service in AliExpress you have to wait for over 3 months then you can open a dispute and ask for refund.

You can get scammed fairly easily on this site. I received the wrong item a red cloud necklace instead of the 20 cm Black Knight that I paid for. I got rid of the packaging of the necklace and AliExpress made no attempts to follow up with the seller. They just denied a refund. Use another website if possible. Their cheap costs come at a price: time and reliability.
Veiligheidscamera's besteld. 221 euro betaald. Volgens track & trace zijn deze aangekomen maar nooit pakje ontvangen. Bpost heeft het onderzocht en officiel document opgestelt om aan te tonen dat het inderdaad nooit is aangekomen. Verkoper reageert niet en bestaat plots niet meer. Verkoopt niets meer. Ali Express oordeelt dat verkoper in zijn recht is. Ondertussen zijn al de recensies van de verkoper natuurlijk 1/5 want niemand heeft zijn pakje aangekregen. Ali Express houd hier blijkbaar geen rekening mee en doet niets van onderzoek. Ik kan dus fluiten naar mijn geld. Er is totaal geen mogelijkheid om iemand van Ali Express te spreken. Enkel een automatische bot waar je niets aan hebt. Dikke afrader.

I've bought few graphic cards on Aliexpress portal, however it become clear that it was a scam. Shop which was selling the cards, at this point (05.03.2021) has over 1200 bad reviews. (picture 2)
Items were fake, seller was sending false tracking numers etc.
However Aliexpress doesn't want to acknowledge that and most important they don't give people their money back.(picture 3 and 4)
I've probably lost 1000 dollars(8 orders). Which will be kept by Aliexpress itself I assume.

I've messaged them that if I won't get my refund till 27.02 I will post this everywhere I can.
They changed time for their decision till 03.03. But now EVA - their automatic chatbot says it will be resolved till 06.03.
Don't buy on aliexpress it is waste of time and nerves.
(i've bought few items before and it was fine, but in case of something goes south with seller:
1.) Buyers protection program is a lie
2.) Their customer service doesn't exist.
3.) Probably they will ban your account.
4.) You will lose 2 months of your life stressing out, which you could use in other way.
Stay as far as possible from this portal.
I've purchased a USD 140 product, and the shipping cost was USD 60.
The seller shipped the product without all the necessary information, and the product didn't pass through customs and went back to the seller.
The result? I waited for 3 months in vain, and AliExpress decided that I should pay for the shipping cost, despite the seller's mistake.
They returned the USD 140 I paid for the product, but I lost USD 60 (the shipping cost) and never received my product. Because of a seller's fault.
I'll NEVER buy anything else there and I don't recommend AliExpress to anyone.
Omg! They will steal your money and will not give you a refund. I bought a "24k solid gold" ring as advertised. Seller sent me a fake copper ring. No stamp, adjustable instead of size 7, not the same gram. It started to tarnish after a week. Took it to a jewelry store only to find out that it's 100% fake. Opened dispute. They do not give me a refund. I've appealed it 3 times! They refuse to refund me even tho it shows in my videos and photos that it has tarnished and it's not real. Anyone with zero education knows that real solid 24kgold will never tarnish. But AliExpress plays dumb. They keep on saying it has some value! What a joke! I was sent a piece of junk metal that costs less than $1 and was charged over $280... What a nightmare. They all are con artists and theifs and reject to refund me over n over... Stay away. Be aware. They will send u fake or defected items and will not give u a refund. I will never ever shop from them again and I will make sure the whole world knows what scammers they really are.
UPDATE: I had the fake ring appraised in order to get my money back and do a charge back. It is 100% FAKE and AliExpress still not giving me full refund! Also they advertise "Buyers Protection" and that if we receive fake or if it's not matching the description, sellers would pay buyers twice the original amount on top of the refund! Once again ALL LIES. See attached photos.
They are crooks. I ordered 2 GPU`s from a supplier and the products have not been shipped. The supplier gave me a tracking number for a package sent to Spain and I am from Romania. I asked Aliexpress to return my money and first time they approved my full refund. After a month they changed from full refund to partial refund and took $ 70 out of a total of $ 340. I hope this review will be read by a lot of people and their stolen $ 70 profit brings them losses of millions! Order **************

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.

Answer: Do not buy from aliexpress the quality is terrible and lots of sellers never send the items. Also they sell counterfeit designs too which is illegal to purchase.
