Please Please Please do not order anything from this fraudulent company. I have ordered an item and never received it and could not get a refund. I have contacted Aliexpress loads and they are not responding or acknowledging my messages. I am living in the UK and have contacted Royal mail who advised me to contact Aliexpress about the lost item but they are not responding or even picking up my messages. They have also blocked areas on the website on my profile for me to raise a dispute which I believe has been done deliberately to avoid refund as it was working initially.
I would strongly advise anyone who is planning to order goods from them NOT to.

The people that sell on AliExpress are cheats. If you buy a small item for a small amount, they act like they send it out and they never do and keep your money. I reached out to the shop and to AliExpress and they didn't send my item or refund my money. Do not buy small items from this website. They are cheats and liars.

I like this website for the product prices as I can buy the product with a good discount and it's more worthly than buying the same item in local shop. But of course AliExpress has its own disadvantages, for exaple shipping time, but I'm ready to wait if the price is really low and the quality of the product is high/ at least not bad :)
I got some issues with received (or not received) orders. At some point I would wanted to ask an actual human being about the issues - a customer support staff. It is impossible to directly contact anyone at AliExpress. They have a chat, that is a chatbot. No matter what you type, no matter how many times you type gibberish, you never get through to a real person. They also don't have an email address. Through internet search, I found their "live chat" page, but it is constantly under maintenance (there were months between me trying to chat to them). To sum it up: as long as you don't need ANY support, you will be fine on AliExpress, but as soon as you need ANY assistance, you are absolutely screwed. And yes, this means that you won't get your money back.
I have never used AliExpress before. However, it turns out someone who stole my identity, used my information to create an AliExpress account. AliExpress is picking up that non-me account and insisting I verify my identity with a phone number. Part of what got me into trouble before is that one one my accounts had my phone number, etc in it and the thief harvested that data to steal my identity. Unfortunately, there's no way to reach the AliExpress customer service to straighten things out without verifying my identity. And round and round we go.
I've learned that a company that you can't get ahold of if you can't login, is also one that you can't reach when an ID thief who knows what they're doing has stolen your account. Buyer beware.
Second time I didn't receive all my items and Ali express said that they were sent and wouldn't refund. One item was 20 pet bows and only 10 were sent. The other were 50 IDtags only 45 were sent and the rest of my order never came. Because the few items were sent they said I needed proof? How do you give proof of items not sent? Do not allow them to bundle orders or just order one item at a time or you will get taken advantage of. Do not order bulk items. Also pay with a credit card so you have a way to get your money back. I won't order again. Same stuff on Amazon just a little more. Ends up being cheaper and less hassle in the long run.
So when it comes to aliexpress yeah what your wanting my be cheap but also keep in mind your ganna get ripped off and wont see the money again it will be a denied dispute or they will say you got it delivered when that even never happend especially when you have home security cams up and run 24/7 7days a week so thats what happend to my wife and I losing roughly 200 dollars to this site so be carful and never buy from this site as it will do you no good ordering here because its a scam and it will be shut down. One star for ripping me off pretty good
I allowed my sons to order a fidget toy from a seller who sold it to us and then contacted us after the sale had gone through to ask for more money via a 'link', I refused to pay more money so the seller refused to ship but had already marked the item as shipped, this resulted in me having to wait to open a dispute before I could ask for my money back. The dispute was eventually opened 10 days later only for the seller to pay half the amount and close the dispute. Ali Express have not only got a 'Bot' system as customer service, therefor there is no way to report scam sellers and receive your full money back. BEWARE.
I have bought many things from aliexpress but the vast majority of the time it isn't perfect and takes quite some time to arrive. I know they do their best. Some of the pricing with shipping ends up being the same price as buying locally so watch for cheap items with shipping that costs more than the item.
Worst customer service in the world. Automated system to keep you from talking to someone. Then when you do talk to someone they will give you the same generic answers a forum would. No help and no solutions. Just don't use their site. It's not worth the headache to save a few dollars for cheap garbage.

Seller sent me cheap products not the same as the pictures. Aliexpress asked me to send back the products to China if I want to get a refund. It's cost me more than $100 for shipping back. It wasn't my fault. Aliexpress just helping sellers to robbed innocent people. I asked them to send me prepaid labels and no one care. Good luck and I hope God will treat you well.
The worst online retail site I've come across. Seller informed me the item is out of stock after the order was placed & asked me to apply for a refund. I didn't even receive the full refund amount because I didn't return the item. How on earth am I supposed to return an item I didn't receive?! Never ever returning to this awful site.

They sell defective products and even when you prove it's defective they don't give you full refund even with the dispute process aliexpress only sides with the sellers. Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.
